Check storage before downloading
Nintendo’s US store listing gives the full Pikmin 3 Deluxe Switch game a file size of 6.5 GB; that figure is for the full game, not a confirmed demo-only size. Check the space requirement shown on your Switch and make sure enough storage is available before starting the download. Nintendo US store listing
What the demo includes
Nintendo says the demo includes Story and Mission modes, playable solo or with a friend. Your demo progress carries over if you later get the full game. Completing the demo’s Story portion also unlocks Ultra-Spicy difficulty in the full game immediately. Nintendo UK product page
