For account or billing problems you cannot solve yourself, start at Roblox’s official Contact Us page and follow the link to its support form. Choose the category that matches your issue, then provide the affected username, device, and a clear description. Other problems have more specific routes: moderation appeals follow the notice Roblox sent, technical outages can be checked on Roblox Status, and creator questions belong in Creator Documentation or DevForum.
Where should you go for your Roblox problem?
Check the relevant article in the Roblox Help Center first. If it does not resolve an account or billing issue, use the Contact Us page to reach the support form. Routing the issue to the right place can save you from submitting a general ticket that another team or provider must handle.
Account access or account settings
Start with the Help Center’s Account Settings category and the relevant login or account-protection article. If the self-help steps do not work, submit a support request and identify the account username you need help with.
Billing, purchases, or subscriptions
Look in Payments, Gift Cards, and Subscriptions first. For an unresolved issue, contact Roblox through the support form. Include the payment method, transaction date and amount, and any error message.

Unauthorized charges or refund requests
Check the transaction descriptor and where the purchase was made before contacting anyone. For eligible card, PayPal, or Google Play charges, Roblox advises contacting Roblox before disputing the charge. If the statement says “Xsolla*Roblox,” contact Xsolla; if it says “Roblox” without the Xsolla prefix, contact Roblox. Purchases made through Apple, Microsoft/Xbox, PlayStation, Meta Quest, Samsung, or Amazon should be taken to that provider for refund help. Moderation or a banned account or item
Read the moderation notice and use the appeal route it specifies. Depending on the case, Roblox directs appeals to Violations & Appeals or the support form. A form-based account appeal needs the username and a brief reason; an appeal about content also needs the asset ID and a link to the item. Only the account owner may appeal, and Roblox does not promise that an appeal will reverse a moderation decision. Check the appeal instructions and notice for the applicable steps.

Technical trouble, game access, or outages
Use the official troubleshooting article for your platform or product. Roblox lists help for iOS, Android, Xbox, Mac, Chromebook, the website, Studio, and connection problems; Windows PC users are directed to general issue articles. If you cannot join or play experiences, or suspect a wider platform issue, check Roblox Status before opening a support case.
Creator questions
Questions about Roblox site features, experience performance, building, or scripting are directed to Creator Documentation or the Roblox DevForum, rather than the general customer support form.

What information should you put in a support request?
Roblox asks for enough information to identify the account, device, and problem. In the form, provide:
- The username that needs help.
- The affected device and, for a purchase issue, the device or provider used to make the purchase.
- The category that best matches the issue.
- A concise, descriptive account of what happened, what you expected, and any error message shown.
For billing questions, add the payment type, transaction date or dates, and amount or amounts. For a gift-card or toy-code problem, include the PIN or number and the error message. If Roblox asks for screenshots, use the instructions linked from the Contact Us page; for charge reports, Roblox says attachments must be JPG or PNG to be viewable.

How do moderation appeal deadlines work?
Roblox says appeals generally must be submitted within 30 days of the moderation action. A duplicate appeal is not reviewed again after the original has been reviewed, and the appeal must come from a valid email address for the account. EU users have six months to appeal an initial moderation action and may have access to certified out-of-court dispute settlement and judicial redress under the Digital Services Act. Because the notice and current policy determine the route and applicable rights, follow the instructions in the moderation notice and consult Roblox’s live appeal policy.
