While it was live, players completed quests in Battle Royale or Zero Build to earn CRED for 12 pass rewards; completing four quests in each of six batches earned the six Memberberries needed for the Imaginationland Airship Glider.
How the Born in Chaos rewards worked
Epic’s January 8, 2026 announcement described Born in Chaos as a free pass with 13 South Park-themed items and said, “No V-Bucks required.” Players opened the Born in Chaos tab and completed South Park quests to earn CRED and advance through the pass. The pass was available only during the event, which ran January 9 through February 5, 2026; Epic Support notes that many free items released for a specific season are available only during that season. The 12 CRED thresholds below are the linear reward track. The thirteenth item, the Imaginationland Airship Glider, was a bonus for collecting all six Memberberries. Epic’s announcement broadly instructed players to complete all quests for the glider; contemporary guides specified that four quests from each batch earned a Memberberry, so completing every individual quest was not required for that milestone.

This is a historical listing of the event pass, as reported by Destructoid on January 27, 2026. Level Up entries were pass rewards, but the guide did not identify a specific level value for them.

Destructoid reported that ordinary quests awarded 400 CRED each. The pass had 12 linear thresholds, rising from 1,000 to 12,000 CRED; the glider was a separate quest-completion bonus rather than another CRED tier. Epic’s announcement highlighted the Backpack of CRED Back Bling, Terrance and Phillip Pickaxe, and Cheesy Poofs Rocketship Emote.
How quest batches and Memberberries worked
- Play Battle Royale or Zero Build, the modes identified by GameSpot as eligible for the event quests.
- Complete quests to earn CRED for the linear pass. Destructoid reported 400 CRED per ordinary quest.
- Complete four quests in a batch to earn that batch’s Memberberry and unlock progression to the next batch.
- Collect all six Memberberries, one from each of the six batches, to unlock the Imaginationland Airship Glider.
The quests were grouped into batches themed around the South Park boys. A contemporary guide’s detailed list covered Parts 1–5; its January 27, 2026 article said Part 6 was not yet available to that guide. The full Part 6 objectives therefore cannot be confirmed from those published details.

Historical quest examples and easier approaches
These objectives and locations applied to the Chapter 7, Season 1 event map, not necessarily to Fortnite’s current map. Because four quests per batch were enough for a Memberberry, players could choose suitable objectives instead of completing the full list. For example, at Cartmanland, Part 1 offered interacting with five rides as an alternative to eliminating five players there.
Part 1: Friendly Faces Everywhere
- At Cartmanland, interact with five different rides or eliminate five players there. GameSpot listed the roller coaster, Ferris wheel, waterslide, lazy river, and shooting gallery; briefly starting the shooting gallery counted.
- Deal 100 damage with SMGs. The guide said damage to NPCs and players counted.
- After being knocked and then revived or rebooted, eliminate a player.
- Become a boss by defeating a boss NPC and picking up its token.
- Use Flushers in three different matches. These were port-a-potties that transported players.
- Deal 200 damage within 10 seconds of swimming. The damage could accumulate across encounters, and NPCs and players counted.
Part 2: Sweet!
- Deal 750 damage at Carmine Lodge, Clawsy Lodge, or Tiptop Terrace.
- Gain 350 shield using Slurp Juice, Shield Potion, or Chug Jug.
- Thank the Bus Driver in three matches; it counted once per match.
- Emote on the stage at Cartmanland.
- Keep a vehicle below 40 speed for 30 seconds. GameSpot suggested a slower vehicle, such as a reboot van or golf cart.
- Use the Stick of Truth. The guide described it as a random late-round appearance, making this objective dependent on an unpredictable event.
Part 3: You Know, I Learned Something Today
- Search containers or destroy objects at Classified Canyon.
- Spray or emote within 10 meters of a Cartman statue at Cartmanland.
- Eliminate five players with assault rifles.
- Complete two matches without using a zipline or ascender.
- Restore 250 health or shields.
- Deal 500 damage to bosses.
Part 4: Looks Like You’re About To Get Pwned
- Jump from Sunset Falls into the water below.
- Deal damage to opponents while a hired specialist is with you. GameSpot clarified that the player had to deal the damage; the specialist did not.
- Eliminate an opponent while in water.
- Eat Cheesy Poofs or hit players with them 15 times.
- Turn left in a vehicle four times.
- Destroy 25 objects at Bumpy Bay or Artsy RVs.
Part 5: Kenny’s muffled quests
- Visit Battlewood Boulevard.
- Use Kenny’s Respawn Token to respawn.
- Get revived by another player three times.
- Hit 10 headshots.
- Travel 200 distance airborne.
- Hire a specialist.
Four quests from this batch were enough for its Memberberry. The cited contemporary guide did not provide a verified objective list for Part 6: “Oh, Hamburgers!”

Can you still earn the rewards?
No. The event’s February 5, 2026 end date has passed, so players cannot now earn these rewards by completing Born in Chaos quests. Epic Support says many free items tied to a specific season are available only during that season; the event rewards should be treated as historical, not as currently obtainable through this pass.
