Astro Bot’s base-game Platinum requires all 44 trophies on the main list—not trophies from the free DLC lists. The route is to finish the story, rescue Bots and collect Puzzle Pieces, unlock Crash Site facilities, earn 150 Gatcha prizes, complete the optional level and hub tasks, then clear the Great Master Challenge for The Golden Bot. None of the base-game trophies are missable, so you can replay levels to clean up.
What “every trophy” means in Astro Bot
The base game has 44 trophies: 1 Platinum, 2 Gold, 17 Silver and 24 Bronze, according to PowerPyx’s 2024 roadmap. Earning the Platinum means completing that main list. Free DLC adds separate trophy lists, but those trophies are not required for the base-game Platinum. The guide below covers the base list first, then identifies the DLC trophies separately.

PlayStation’s official game page describes five additional speedrun levels and five downloadable challenge levels, each with a Special Bot. Access to the five challenge levels requires completing the main game. PlayStation’s Astro Bot page has details on this content.
How to earn the base-game Platinum
1. Finish the story and collect as you explore
Rescue Bots and find Puzzle Pieces in each level, and look for secret exits that lead to Lost Galaxy stages. PowerPyx’s September 2024 roadmap counts 80 levels, 300 Bots, 120 Puzzle Pieces, 10 Lost Galaxies and 169 Gatcha prizes; 150 prizes are needed for the trophy. These are counts reported by that guide.

A thorough first pass helps with the Gatcha requirement: PowerPyx says each pull costs 100 coins, so 150 prizes require 15,000 coins in total. You can revisit levels and collect what you missed after finishing them. Push Square’s guide reports that no base-game trophies are missable and none are difficulty-related.
2. Unlock Crash Site facilities with Puzzle Pieces
As you collect Puzzle Pieces, return to Crash Site and open the facilities below. Their trophies are tied to unlocking them.

3. Complete the story and rescue every regional Bot
Story progress awards trophies for recovering ship parts and completing the adventure. Separate completion trophies require rescuing all Bots in Gorilla Nebula, Tentacle System, Serpent Starway, Camo Cosmos, Feather Cluster and Lost Galaxy. Check each region’s stages for remaining Bots before moving on, or revisit them during cleanup.

- Catch the golden butterfly in Apes on the Loose.
- Defeat eight ravens in Bot of War.
- Find three egg artefacts in Dude Raiding.
- Defeat seven enemies with the Tripcaster in Machine Learning.
- Defeat two Wormys at the same time in Wormy Passage.
- Hit the jackpot on all four Slo-Mo Casino slot machines.
- Leap through the ring in Bubbling Under.
- Dunk a basketball in Construction Derby.
- Splash Papa Tree during his song in Trunk of Funk.
- Take a photo at a Photo Spot.
5. Finish Crash Site interactions and hub challenges
Several trophies require a rescued character, a Gatcha item or a hub event. Among the required interactions are photographing Nathan Drake and Lara Croft together, freezing Thor with Kratos’s axe, dancing with Crash Bandicoot, interacting with The Prince, and making Ryu and Ken fight. Other tasks involve the Bot walls and towers, dancing with 100 Bots and climbing the completed mothership. Check the relevant trophy’s prerequisites in the in-game list or a detailed trophy guide before attempting an interaction.
6. Clear Great Master Challenge for The Golden Bot
The Golden Bot is the final substantial hurdle for many players. Collect all 120 Puzzle Pieces to unlock the Golden Statue, then gather all 300 Bots to form the route to Great Master Challenge. Complete the challenge to earn The Golden Bot trophy.

- Vicious Void: Timely Rescue; Thrusting Rescue; Rooster Rescue; Bearly Rescued; Rolling Rescue; Springy Rescue; Slimy Rescue; Hanging Rescue; Pumping Rescue; Impossible Rescue. Each is earned by rescuing the Special Bot in its named challenge level.
