To silence FC 25’s menu soundtrack, open the game’s audio settings and set Menu Music Volume to 0. For other needs, use the separate streaming-music mute, gameplay-music setting, or individual-track controls.

How to turn menu music down or off
- Open the game’s audio settings.
- Find Menu Music Volume.

How to mute music for streaming or recording
Turn on Disable All Music for Streaming Purposes in the audio settings. The secondary settings guide describes this control as disabling all music, rather than only lowering menu volume.
This is not a guarantee against every platform claim. EA’s FC 25 Community Guidelines warn that the game contains third-party licensed content, including music, and that EA has not expressly cleared third-party content for users’ own use. How to control music during gameplay
Use Menu Music During Gameplay to switch soundtrack music during matches on or off. It is separate from Menu Music Volume, which controls the menu music level. The described label and behavior come from a secondary settings listing, and the exact route may vary across builds and platforms.
How to disable or re-enable individual songs
- From the main menu, open Settings using the gear icon.
- Choose EA Sports Music.
- Select tracks to toggle them off or back on. A secondary FC 25 guide reports that enabled tracks appear checked.

Can you use Spotify instead?
Spotify is an optional listening source, separate from FC 25’s soundtrack controls. EA says its FC 25 integration is available in select regions on PlayStation 5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S. EA lists Australia, Canada, Mexico, Portugal, and Saudi Arabia for both PC and console. A Spotify Premium account is required; free, child, and teen accounts are not supported in-game.
Set up the Spotify widget
- Install Spotify on the same platform as FC 25. On PC, EA says to install Spotify from Spotify’s official website; the Microsoft Store version is unsupported.
- Launch FC 25 and go to the main menu.
- Press LT or L1 on a controller, or P on a keyboard, to open the Spotify widget.
- Follow the on-screen steps to link your account.
EA says the widget has Home, Your Library, and Soundtrack tabs, volume controls, and an option for a Spotify overlay during gameplay. Spotify audio can replace in-game commentary while other game audio remains on, according to EA’s FC 25 Spotify setup guide. Some artists may not appear because partners can opt out.
