The page does not list active codes. As of October 8, 2026, two third-party guides reported no active codes in September, so treat circulating “rare” codes as unverified unless the official form accepts them.
How to enter a Subway Surfers code
- Open SYBO’s official Subway Surfers redemption page in a browser.
- Enter the promotional code in the Code field.
- Select Claim reward. The page says this unlocks in-game rewards.
- If the redemption fails or the page gives you trouble, use the Player Support link on that page.
The current official route is a web form. Some older guides describe an in-game Settings > Unlock Codes menu, but that conflicts with SYBO’s current redemption page; use the official web form instead.

Are there any working codes right now?
SYBO’s redemption page provides a place to submit a code but does not publish an active-code list or expiration dates. Two third-party guides—Pocket Gamer, updated September 27, 2026, and Joking Joystick, on September 10, 2026—reported no active codes. Those are dated editorial checks, not an official confirmation from SYBO, and availability can change. The official form is the practical way to check whether a code you have is accepted.

“Rare” does not establish that a code still works. SYBO’s official Creator Club lists giveaway codes as a perk creators can share with followers, which confirms one distribution route but does not provide a public inventory of codes. The official sources do not offer an authoritative archive validating historical codes. Treat old or reposted codes as expired or unverified rather than promising that they unlock rewards.

What to do if no code works
Use the Player Support link on the official redemption page for redemption problems. The page does not provide error-specific fixes, so it is not possible to identify a particular cause from the form alone.

If your goal is to earn in-game items or continue a run, SYBO’s Help Center documents ways to obtain and use Keys. These are gameplay options, not promo codes or guaranteed rewards:
- Keys may occasionally appear during a run and may also be earned through Mystery Boxes, Achievements, Daily Video, and Season Hunt tiers.
- Keys can unlock Characters and Boards, buy a Token Box, or revive and continue a run.
- “Save Me” uses Keys, and the cost doubles with repeated use.
See SYBO’s Help Center article about Keys for its explanation of those gameplay mechanics.
