Fennekin can be found in Wild Zone 18 or obtained by completing the Get Well, Fennekin side mission, according to Nintendo Life’s Lumiose Pokédex guide. It evolves into Braixen at level 16, then into Delphox at level 36.
Where to find Fennekin
Nintendo Life’s Lumiose Pokédex guide, dated December 10, 2025, lists Fennekin as entry 217 and gives two ways to obtain it:
- Wild Zone 18: Fennekin is listed as a Pokémon found in this zone.
- Get Well, Fennekin: The guide also lists the named side mission as a way to receive Fennekin.
The guide names the mission but does not give its starting point, prerequisites, or completion steps, so those details are not established here. It also does not establish which route becomes available first or is faster.

Nintendo Life lists both thresholds, and PowerPyx’s Fennekin guide, dated October 14, 2025, independently reports the same levels.
Is Mega Delphox another evolution?
No. Mega Delphox is a Mega Evolution, a separate transformation from the ordinary Fennekin → Braixen → Delphox line. The Pokémon Company’s Mega Delphox page describes the form and its enhanced psychic abilities; it is an optional topic after reaching Delphox, not a further standard evolution stage.
