Accept Bard’s lost-guitar quest in Stonewake’s Cross, then enter The Cave and follow the route toward Nord and Umut the Brave. Near Umut, look for a mossy or greenery-covered opening on the left and walk into it to drop into the Secret Cave. Pick up the guitar beside the Undead NPC and return it to Bard.
Start Bard’s lost-guitar quest
Find Bard at the campfire in Stonewake’s Cross and accept his request before searching for the guitar. Game8 places him beside the Potions store; guides also describe him as being at a campfire in the main area. Game8’s quest guide and Gameranx’s walkthrough identify the starting location.
Find the entrance to the Secret Cave
- From Stonewake’s Cross, enter the nearby cave, The Cave.
- Follow the initial route down toward Nord and Umut the Brave.
- Near Umut, check the left-side wall and ground for a greenery- or moss-covered opening. Walk into it to drop into the Secret Cave. The entrance is described somewhat differently across guides, so use the area near Umut and the greenery as your guide rather than relying on a single decorative landmark. Pick up the guitar
In the Secret Cave, look beside the Undead NPC; the community wiki places the guitar among the rocks to the NPC’s right. The quest needs to be active for the item to be picked up. If the interaction does not work, unequip your pickaxe or weapon and try again, as recommended by The Forge Roblox Wiki.
Return the guitar to Bard
Take the guitar back to Bard in Stonewake’s Cross to finish the request and receive a key. Guides disagree about the key’s displayed name: some call it an Unknown Key, while another calls it a Secret Key. Check your inventory or Bard’s dialogue for the name shown in your current game version. PC Gamer, The Forge Roblox Wiki’s Bard page, and The Forge Wiki describe the reward differently.
