PowerPyx’s 2026 guide counts 139 collectible locations in Resident Evil Requiem: 25 Mr. Raccoon Memoriam, 75 files, 5 safes, 3 BSAA containers, 9 Plant 43 seedlings and 22 Antique Coins. Treat those as the guide’s counts, not an official Capcom checklist. The key planning detail is that the guide reports no chapter select and warns that items can be missed, so track progress as you go and keep manual saves from each area if you may want to return.
What counts as a collectible?
The 139-location count covers six sets. PowerPyx also reports a wider total of 235 listed items, but that includes key items, upgrades, weapons and weapon parts; it is not a collectible count. Bonus-menu models and concept art are separate again: the guide lists 44 models and 56 concept arts available for purchase there, rather than as world pickups.

| Set | Guide count | Associated achievement or trophy |
|---|---|---|
| Mr. Raccoon Memoriam | 25 | You Little Rascal! |
| Files | 75 | Case Closed |
| Safes | 5 | No Safe is Safe |
| BSAA containers | 3 | Crate Expectations |
| Plant 43 seedlings | 9 | Not Today, Buds! |
| Antique Coins | 22 | No trophy requirement is established for collecting all 22 |
The named counts and achievement links are reported by PowerPyx in 2026. Its guide says all 75 files unlock Case Closed. The coin count is a route checklist, not a reliable stand-in for trophy progress, particularly on Insanity.
How to plan a collectible run
Choose the route for your difficulty
PowerPyx’s base route is for Casual or Standard. It warns that some locations differ on Insanity, especially Antique Coins; a comment by the guide publisher says Insanity coin spawns differ and coins are not required for trophies. Do not assume a Casual/Standard coin list will match an Insanity run.

Follow the game’s area progression
The guide organizes its walkthrough by Wrenwood; Rhodes Hill, including the Care Center, basement and courtyard; East Raccoon City; Raccoon City Center; Orphanage; Side Street; and ARK. Use its chronological area route when collecting during a first run. Its separate by-type pages are more useful for cleanup when you already know which set is incomplete.
Save before leaving areas
The guide warns that there is no chapter select and that collectibles can be missed. Keep a manual save from each area if you want a way back to earlier sections during the current run. Do not count on a post-game chapter-select feature to retrieve anything you skipped.

How to track what you have found
Check the Challenge Menu
The in-game Challenge Menu tracks collectible progress, according to the guide. Some challenge trackers may only become visible after completing the game once, so a missing tracker is not proof that an item set has no progress.
Compare files in the Files menu
Files can be reviewed from the Files menu. The separate PowerPyx file guide reports 75 files and presents an in-game menu order alongside chronological location guidance. Compare the entries you have with that list to identify a missing file rather than retracing every area blindly.

Account for progress that carries over
PowerPyx says Files and Mr. Raccoon Memoriam count across playthroughs. That makes a later run a possible cleanup route for those sets, but it does not provide chapter-select access to a missed location in the current save.

PowerPyx’s broader 235-item list also includes weapons, upgrades and weapon parts, while its 44 models and 56 concept arts are bonus-menu purchases rather than pickups. The guide says Mr. Raccoon maps can be bought from the Bonus Menu after the first playthrough. A Game8 search-result excerpt says purchased weapon unlocks can be collected from Grace’s item box or Leon’s supply box, but the full page was unavailable and does not establish precise menu costs, challenge requirements or a complete unlock list. Treat those details as unconfirmed here.

Use the checklist without spoiling more than you want
- For a first run, use chronological area guidance and check each set before moving on.
- For cleanup, start with the Challenge Menu and Files menu, then use a by-type list to target only the incomplete category.
- Check that a route matches your difficulty, especially before using an Antique Coin list on Insanity.
- For less story exposure, consult area and item labels first; open detailed route or file-text guidance only when needed.
The detailed counts and route structure here come from PowerPyx, a third-party guide publisher; they are not an official Capcom checklist or independently tested location audit. Maka91Productions also describes a 100% video route organized by area, covering several collectible types and equipment, but its listing alone does not verify individual locations or counts.
