In Forza Horizon 5, open the pause menu and select the Creative Hub tab. The available official guidance treats it as a menu destination, not a reward you unlock by reaching a level or completing an accolade.
How to open Creative Hub
-
Enter playable free roam and open the pause menu.
-
Move through the pause-menu tabs and select Creative Hub.
-
Choose the relevant option for what you want to do, such as EventLab content or Photo Gallery.
An official Forza forum response describes the route to the hub as Pause Menu > Creative Hub > Photo Gallery, followed by Search to find a creator.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems#1 Best Overall

What Creative Hub is for
Creative Hub is the menu area for player-created and shared content. EventLab is the toolset for creating and playing custom events; Playground Games’ September 8, 2023 EventLab 2.0 announcement describes prefabs being added to the existing Creative Hub menu and says they can be browsed in Blueprint Builder.
You can also start EventLab events on other tracks from the Pause Menu; the game transports you to the selected track before the event. That is a way to launch an event, not a requirement for opening Creative Hub, as described in the October 10, 2023 release notes.

If Creative Hub is missing from the pause menu
Return to playable free roam and check the pause-menu tabs again. The available official guidance does not establish a platform-specific prerequisite or a definitive fix if the tab remains absent. Historical Forza release notes record fixes involving EventLab and access to game features, but do not identify a current cause for a missing Creative Hub tab. If it is still unavailable, contact official Forza Support for help with your platform and game version.
