Attachments are split between story-area pickups and Zora’s shops. This walkthrough gives the route, safe and keypad codes, shop prices and progression triggers, then explains how to install attachments and finish the Lord of War achievement.
Keep Lockpicks, note the codes below and return to Zora after major story objectives. Her inventory expands during the campaign, so an empty shop is often a progression issue rather than a missed pickup.

For a clean completion run, record each pickup as soon as you enter a new area, then check Zora whenever you return from a statue objective, the mansion or the Labyrinth. The game separates collectible attachments from the ordinary firearms found early in the campaign, so a weapon pickup is not automatically an upgrade.
How the upgrade system works
Open the inventory, select an attachment and choose a compatible firearm. Confirm the installation when the game highlights a valid slot. Each firearm has five upgrade slots, but some attachments compete for the same slot. You therefore cannot automatically equip every item on one gun at once; decide which combination you want before spending Coins.
#1 Best Overall
- A New Story in Hellraiser's Canon – Unwittingly kickstart Pinhead’s ritual to unleash greater pain and pleasure than ever before.
- Harness the Power of the Box – Combine the unique, hellish abilities of the Configuration with an arsenal of earthly weapons to inflict bone-breaking, flesh-searing pain - or is it pleasure? - upon masochistic enemies.
- Fight Against Unholy Enemies – Take on hell's wretches, deviants, cultists, and even its most infernal priests in a story-driven horror survival game.
World pickups are found in cabinets, safes, suitcases, pedestals and ordinary rooms. Several require a Lockpick or a code. Shop items are purchased from Zora, and her stock changes as the story advances. If an item listed below is missing, finish the stated objective, leave the area or return from the relevant location, and check the shop again.
Installation checklist
- Collect or buy the attachment.
- Open the inventory and select the attachment.
- Select the compatible firearm when prompted.
- Choose an open slot, or replace a competing attachment.
- Confirm installation and verify that the slot is filled.
Do not spend Coins simply because an attachment appears in the shop. First compare it with the slot already occupied on that firearm. This matters most for the SMG, where the Laser Pointer and Drum Magazine are both collectible but share a slot. You can own both for completion purposes, yet only one can be part of the five-piece equipped setup at a time.
Route planning before you start
- Carry or save a Lockpick for the Shotgun safe south of the pagoda and the SMG cabinet in the well area.
- Write down the five keypad codes: 9606, 1952, 1923, 8571 and 1362. They open different containers or doors.
- Search behind bars, on tables and on pedestals rather than relying only on a glowing container. Several upgrades are deliberately placed in ordinary-looking rooms.
- Return to Zora after the Statue’s Hand, Head and Tongue objectives, after the Labyrinth and at the factory shop. Her stock can change after returning from a nearby area.
- Collect free world items before buying everything. The priced items listed here total 2,790 Coins, excluding the Heavy Foregrip’s unstated price.
Pistol upgrades
| Attachment | How to find it | Access requirement or price |
|---|---|---|
| Pistol upgrade (item name not stated in the location description) | After meeting Zora for the first time in the sewers, continue along the route and inspect the room on the right. The attachment is on a cabinet. | None stated |
| Oversized Magazine Release | In Shaun’s house in the graveyard area, open the safe. | Safe code: 9606 |
| .45 Super Rounds | In the campground while searching for the Statue’s Head, follow the southern dead end and check the ground. | None stated |
| Hair Trigger | Zora’s first shop | 150 Coins |
| Extended Magazine | Zora’s first shop | 180 Coins |
| Heavy Grain Bullets | Zora’s second shop | 160 Coins |
The sewer cabinet is described as a Pistol upgrade, but the location account does not name the attachment. Treat it as a pickup to collect rather than guessing its identity. The safe in Shaun’s house is the named Pistol attachment in the graveyard route; enter 9606, take the Oversized Magazine Release and leave with the safe’s contents.

While you are looking for the Statue’s Head, push all the way to the southern dead end and look at floor level. It is easy to walk past if you search only shelves and cabinets. The Pistol’s known shop purchases cost 490 Coins in total, so taking the sewer and graveyard pickups first leaves more money for later weapons.
Shotgun upgrades
| Attachment | How to find it | Access requirement or price |
|---|---|---|
| Full Choke | Find the shack on the hill south of the pagoda, in the area with the well-puzzle blocks. The attachment is inside the safe. | Lockpick; this safe does not use a keypad code |
| Lightweight Forend | Zora’s second shop | 150 Coins |
| Extended Mag Tube | Buy it after returning from the mansion with the Statue’s Hand. | Zora’s shop; 200 Coins |
| Dragon Breath Rounds | Buy it after obtaining the Statue’s Head in the swamp. | Zora’s shop; 360 Coins |
The shack safe also contains an inventory upgrade according to the collectible walkthrough, so search the container completely after using the Lockpick. Do not waste time trying keypad combinations on this safe.
Use the pagoda and the well-puzzle blocks as your landmarks: the shack is on the hill to the south, not inside the pagoda itself. The Shotgun route requires 710 Coins for its three listed shop items. The Extended Mag Tube appears after the mansion return, while Dragon Breath Rounds wait until the Statue’s Head has been obtained in the swamp, so checking the shop too early can make both items appear to be missing.
SMG upgrades
| Attachment | How to find it | Access requirement or price |
|---|---|---|
| Linear Compensator | After descending into the well, reach the southwestern room and open the lockpick cabinet. | Lockpick |
| Laser Pointer | In the club, enter the room behind the Snake Door and open the keypad cabinet. | Cabinet code: 1952 |
| Skeletonized Bolt Carrier | In the waterfall room, search the suitcase behind the bar on the lower floor. | None stated |
| Supersonic Bullets | Zora’s second shop after obtaining the Statue’s Hand | 300 Coins |
| Drum Magazine | Zora’s second shop after returning with the Statue’s Tongue | 250 Coins |
| Heavy Foregrip | Buy it at the club shop before the Sister of Mercy fight. | Price not stated |
The SMG is the most practical route for the Lord of War achievement because the achievement walkthrough specifically recommends it. Its listed five-slot setup is Linear Compensator, Heavy Foregrip, Supersonic Bullets, Skeletonized Bolt Carrier, and either Laser Pointer or Drum Magazine. Because Laser Pointer and Drum Magazine are alternatives in the same slot, collect both if you want the complete route, then equip only the one your loadout allows.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →There are three different physical search patterns here. The Linear Compensator is in a lockpick cabinet in the southwestern room after the well descent; the Laser Pointer is behind the Snake Door in a coded cabinet; and the Skeletonized Bolt Carrier is in a suitcase behind the lower-floor bar in the waterfall room. If a map marker looks wrong, use those room descriptions and floor positions instead.
The known SMG shop cost is at least 550 Coins, plus the Heavy Foregrip. Buy Supersonic Bullets after the Statue’s Hand, then return after the Statue’s Tongue for Drum Magazine. The club purchase is tied to the period before the Sister of Mercy fight, so do not postpone that visit indefinitely if you are using the SMG for the achievement.

Revolver upgrades
| Attachment | How to find it | Access requirement or price |
|---|---|---|
| Hollowpoint Rounds | In the club’s Private Rooms, pass the four-image puzzle door, enter the room on the right and open the keypad cabinet. | Cabinet code: 1923 |
| Overpressure Ammunition | In the factory laundry room, open the cabinet. | Cabinet code: 8571 |
| Scope | Zora’s second shop after obtaining the Statue’s Head | 250 Coins |
| Internal Frame Weights | Buy it after obtaining the Statue’s Tongue. | Zora’s shop; 150 Coins |
| Fine-Tuned Barrel | Zora’s third shop after returning from the Labyrinth. | 160 Coins |
The two club and factory cabinets are separate objectives: the Private Rooms code is 1923, while the laundry-room code is 8571. Entering one will not open the other.
For Hollowpoint Rounds, the four-image puzzle door is the navigation checkpoint. Once it is open, take the room on the right and use 1923 at the cabinet. In the factory, find the laundry room before entering 8571. The Revolver’s priced attachments require 560 Coins altogether, with the Scope delayed until after the Statue’s Head and the Internal Frame Weights tied to the Statue’s Tongue.
Assault Rifle upgrades
| Attachment | How to find it | Access requirement or price |
|---|---|---|
| Heavy Lower Handguard | During the factory elevator objective, follow the passage near the door that requires the Heart-Shaped Inset and open the keypad door. | Door code: 1362 |
| Overloaded Cartridges | In the club’s Private Rooms, defeat the mass of bodies and search the pedestal on the west side. | None stated |
| Double Drum Mag | On a table behind two rotating traps in the factory’s missing-bell route. | Use the gap in the second trap and stop the mechanism with the nearby button |
| AP Rounds | Zora’s third shop after returning from the Labyrinth. | 180 Coins |
| Steel Slant Brake | Zora’s third shop after returning from the Labyrinth. | 150 Coins |
| Lightweight Recoil Spring | Zora’s fourth shop in the factory. | 150 Coins |
Getting through the rotating traps
Approach the second rotating trap, slide through its opening and use the nearby button to stop the mechanism before you retreat. The Double Drum Mag is on the table beyond the traps; rushing past without stopping the mechanism can leave you unable to safely return.
The factory has two separate Assault Rifle searches. During the elevator objective, the Heavy Lower Handguard is behind code 1362 near the Heart-Shaped Inset door. Later, on the missing-bell route, the Double Drum Mag is beyond the rotating traps. In the club’s Private Rooms, the Overloaded Cartridges are not in a cabinet: defeat the mass of bodies, then check the west-side pedestal.
The three listed Assault Rifle purchases cost 480 Coins. AP Rounds and Steel Slant Brake appear at the third shop after the Labyrinth return, while Lightweight Recoil Spring is held for the fourth shop in the factory. If the third-shop items are absent, verify that you have actually returned from the Labyrinth rather than merely reached its entrance.
Shop timing and Coin planning
Zora’s stock is progression-based rather than fixed from the first visit. The following sequence shows when to revisit her and how many Coins the priced attachments require.

| Shop or trigger | New stock | Prices stated in the walkthroughs |
|---|---|---|
| First shop | Pistol Hair Trigger; Pistol Extended Magazine | 150; 180 Coins |
| Second shop, initial stock | Pistol Heavy Grain Bullets; Shotgun Lightweight Forend | 160; 150 Coins |
| Second shop after Statue’s Hand | Shotgun Extended Mag Tube; SMG Supersonic Bullets | 200; 300 Coins |
| Second shop after Statue’s Head | Revolver Scope | 250 Coins |
| Second shop after Statue’s Tongue | SMG Drum Magazine; Revolver Internal Frame Weights | 250; 150 Coins |
| After Statue’s Head in the swamp | Shotgun Dragon Breath Rounds | 360 Coins |
| Club shop before Sister of Mercy | SMG Heavy Foregrip | Price not stated |
| Third shop after returning from the Labyrinth | Revolver Fine-Tuned Barrel; Assault Rifle AP Rounds; Assault Rifle Steel Slant Brake | 160; 180; 150 Coins |
| Fourth shop in the factory | Assault Rifle Lightweight Recoil Spring | 150 Coins |
Prices above are the one-time Coin amounts reported by the location guides. The Heavy Foregrip’s price is not given in those accounts, so do not assume it costs the same as another foregrip. Buy world pickups first when you are short on Coins, then reserve money for attachments that unlock after the next statue objective.
A practical budget is 2,790 Coins for every priced attachment in the tables, before paying for the Heavy Foregrip. That figure includes all five firearms, not just the SMG achievement route. If you are only pursuing Lord of War, prioritize free SMG pickups, Supersonic Bullets, Drum Magazine or Laser Pointer, and the Heavy Foregrip; the other weapon shops can wait.
Fast route for the Lord of War achievement
Lord of War requires fully upgrading one firearm. The achievement walkthrough recommends the SMG: install the available SMG attachments, then buy and equip the Heavy Foregrip at the club shop before the Sister of Mercy fight. This is a reported guide route, not an independently tested guarantee.

- Collect Linear Compensator in the southwestern well room.
- Collect Laser Pointer from the Snake Door cabinet using code 1952.
- Collect Skeletonized Bolt Carrier from the suitcase behind the waterfall-room bar.
- Buy Supersonic Bullets from Zora after obtaining the Statue’s Hand.
- Buy Drum Magazine from the second shop after returning with the Statue’s Tongue, remembering that it competes with Laser Pointer for a slot.
- Buy Heavy Foregrip at the club shop before the Sister of Mercy encounter.
- Install five compatible attachments on the SMG and check the achievement notification.
If the unlock does not register, the guides suggest removing and reinstalling the final attachment. If that still fails, swap Laser Pointer and Drum Magazine, then reinstall the final piece. These troubleshooting steps come from the achievement and upgrade walkthroughs rather than an official developer explanation.

Because the SMG has six named route items but only five slots, first install Linear Compensator, Heavy Foregrip, Supersonic Bullets and Skeletonized Bolt Carrier. Use either Laser Pointer or Drum Magazine for the remaining slot. If the notification still does not appear, remove the last-installed piece, reinstall it, and then try the other competing attachment.

PowerPyx warns that maps in parts of the Hunt Marlowe area can be buggy or display incorrect positions. When a marker disagrees with the walkthrough, prioritize the named objective, room, door, floor and physical landmark. For example, “behind the bar on the lower floor” is more useful than relying on a possibly misplaced map icon.
Use the codes only at their matching locations. The club has both the Snake Door cabinet and the Private Rooms cabinet, while the factory has the laundry cabinet and the elevator-objective keypad door. A correct code entered at the wrong container will not produce a new upgrade.
What is not an upgrade pickup
The opening Scarlet Church sequence contains weapon pickups, but it does not provide the weapon-upgrade screen. AllThingsHow’s opening-area guide distinguishes those early firearms from the later attachment route. Do not mark the opening weapons as missed upgrades; begin tracking attachments once the inventory supports firearm modifications.
Recommended Free Tools
This distinction also prevents a common checklist mistake: counting the first guns as one of the five upgrade routes. The Pistol, Shotgun, SMG, Revolver and Assault Rifle entries above refer to attachments, not to the weapons acquired during the opening sequence.
Accuracy and availability notes
The locations and prices in this guide are based on third-party walkthroughs by NowGame and PowerPyx, with the opening-area distinction supplied by AllThingsHow. PowerPyx independently corroborates many of the safe, cabinet and room locations but also cautions about faulty map displays. No official developer list establishing every attachment location or a named developer statistic for the upgrade system is available in the cited material, so the physical descriptions and progression triggers are the practical reference.
NowGame’s detailed guide is dated October 9, 2026, while PowerPyx’s collectible walkthrough is dated October 8, 2026. Their overlap is especially useful for the coded cabinets and safes, but prices and the Heavy Foregrip timing should still be read as guide information rather than a guarantee that every release version behaves identically.
Hellraiser: Revival released on October 8, 2026, for PlayStation 5, PC through Steam, Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox Series X/S, according to GamesRadar’s release overview. Platform availability does not change the attachment locations or codes listed here.

No. The opening sequence has weapon pickups but no weapon-upgrade screen. Track attachments after the inventory supports firearm modifications.
What are the factory upgrade codes?
8571 opens the laundry-room cabinet for Revolver Overpressure Ammunition, and 1362 opens the keypad door near the Heart-Shaped Inset route for the Assault Rifle Heavy Lower Handguard.
How many Coins are needed for all priced attachments?
The listed prices add up to 2,790 Coins, excluding the Heavy Foregrip because its price is not stated.
The Bottom Line
Collect the coded and Lockpick pickups as you pass through each area, revisit Zora after every major statue or location trigger, and reserve enough Coins for the later shops. For Lord of War, the SMG is the reported shortcut: install five compatible attachments, using either Laser Pointer or Drum Magazine in the shared slot.
