Use Roblox’s Forgot Username or Password recovery flow to test the email addresses you may have added to your account. Try each address you control, check its inbox and spam folder, and use phone recovery or Roblox Support if email recovery does not work. Roblox does not describe a public lookup that reveals an account email from a username or profile.
Test an email address through Roblox recovery
- Open the Roblox login page and select Forgot Username or Password.
- Enter an email address that may have been added to the account. Type it as it was originally entered; even punctuation differences can matter.
- Check the inbox and spam or junk folder for a Roblox recovery message. If you have more than one plausible address, repeat the process with each one you control, including an older personal address or a parent or guardian’s address if it may have been used.
Roblox’s recovery instructions say an email address must have been added to the account before you lost access for this route to work. Follow the official recovery flow and verify through a message delivered to an inbox you control; do not treat a generic confirmation as proof that an address is linked. Try phone recovery if a number was added
On the recovery page, select the phone option, choose the country code, enter the number, and complete the code verification. This works only if the number was added to the account beforehand, and Roblox says phone-number features are available only in select countries. Details are in Roblox’s recovery instructions and its account information guidance.
If you are already signed in on a device
While signed in, open Settings > Account Info to view account details and add or verify a current email for future recovery. Roblox’s verification guidance also says a parent can set a parental recovery email for a user under 13. See Adding or Changing Account Information.

Use receipts or Support when recovery details are unavailable
Check purchase receipts for the username
Some Roblox purchase receipts include the username of the account used. That may help you identify the account when contacting Support, but Roblox does not document receipts as a way to find the account’s email address. See Roblox’s recovery instructions.
Contact Roblox Support
If you cannot access an attached email or phone number, use the Roblox Customer Support form. Include the username if you know it, the device you use, the issue category, and a clear description of the problem. Roblox says it verifies account ownership before resetting an account or changing account information; Support may need to establish that you own the account before it can help. Fix common recovery problems and protect your account
- No email arrives: Check spam and junk, and make sure the address is entered exactly as it was on the account. Roblox suggests adding
[email protected]to your contacts if verification messages are not arriving; see its email verification guidance. - Email login does not work: Roblox says an email must be verified to use it for login. If one email is associated with multiple usernames, log in with the username and password instead. See Adding or Changing Account Information.
- Someone offers to reveal the email or recover the account: Avoid giving them your password or codes. Roblox states, “Never share your one-time code with anyone. Roblox will never contact you to ask for it.” See Logging In with a One-Time Code.
