Find your Gameloft Player ID

Open Asphalt 8 and locate the game’s About section.

Look there for the Gameloft Player ID. Gameloft’s privacy contact form says this information is in the About section; its account-deletion form gives the same location.
Gameloft’s forms do not specify the exact taps to reach About, and labels may differ between platform versions. If your menus do not match, use the in-game support option rather than guessing at a path.

Check whether the form wants a Support ID
Gameloft lists Gameloft Player ID and Support ID as separate fields. The contact form places the Support ID in Settings/Support. Check the field name on the form before copying an identifier.
If you cannot locate the ID
Contact Gameloft Support from within the game. Gameloft’s Customer Care page directs players to in-game support, but does not provide a current step-by-step route to the support form.
