2. Clear browser cache and delete cookies
- Open the browser you used to access the Bandai Namco service.
- Use the browser’s built-in settings or privacy controls to clear its cached data and delete cookies. The exact menu names vary by browser.

It recommends checking that the social account used to log in is the correct account and is available, and that browser settings allow cookies rather than blocking them through privacy controls. It also recommends deleting cookies and clearing cache with the browser’s built-in tools; clearing cache through security software or other third-party tools may not resolve that general error. These are checks for the related message, not a confirmed diagnosis or additional official fix for E9999.
