Check the installation and pending update
Android
Open Google Play, search for CookieRun: Kingdom, and open its listing. If an Update button is shown, let the download and installation finish before launching the game again. Android check
Go to Settings > About Device and review the Android version. If the device offers a system update, install it according to the manufacturer’s prompts, then restart and test CookieRun: Kingdom once. Menu names can vary by manufacturer, but the support instruction identifies the About Device area as the place to check.
iOS check
Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If iOS or iPadOS offers an update, complete it, restart if requested, and test the game again. Keep the device connected to power when a large system update is being installed.

A connection check is particularly relevant when the failure occurs at sign-in, while loading a kingdom, or during an update download. Android and iOS guidance side by side
The steps are largely the same, but the published storage figures are not identical. Devsisters’ Android crash page says to keep at least 4 GB free. Its iOS crash page says 2–3 GB, and the update guidance also uses 2–3 GB. Do not turn those figures into a single universal requirement or conclude that one platform is guaranteed to work once its number is met.

Keep the stable-network result in your notes. A difference between Wi-Fi and mobile data is useful evidence that the connection deserves investigation, but it still does not prove that the game itself is functioning incorrectly.
