Fully close and reopen the EA app
If you are playing on PC through the EA app, exit the app completely, open it again, then launch FC 25. Merely closing the game window may leave the app running. This is a sensible first check based on the reported EA app workaround, but it has not been confirmed as a specific FC 25 fix.

EA advises players to report an error code that is not listed, or an EA app problem that remains unresolved, using the EA Error Reporter. You can also use the FC 25 support page to find help options. Include the exact code and message, your platform, whether you use the EA app or another launcher, and when the error appears—before the game launches, during save syncing, or while connecting online.
