FingerFun’s official site lists MU4DARK. The same listing gives the reward bundle below. The listing does not state an expiration date, regional eligibility, usage cap, or whether every account can still redeem it, so a listing alone is not proof that a submission will be accepted today.

Only the first row is shown on the publisher listing cited here. The other four strings come from BlueStacks, which describes them as currently known working codes in its guide. Treat those entries as unverified until a current FingerFun channel accepts them. Do not infer a success rate from the number of codes or from the quantity of items in the reward bundle.
Check the code text before investigating anything else
A single altered character is enough for a redemption attempt to fail. Re-enter the string rather than relying on an auto-filled value, and compare it character by character with the published code.
- Keep the capitalization exactly as shown. For example, enter
MU4DARK, not a lower-case variation. - Do not add spaces before or after the code.
- Check letters against numbers. In
S0X9CF05, the second character is0(zero), not the letterO. - Check the final character and every internal character; codes that look similar are not interchangeable.
- Use the complete code, including any numerals. Do not paste only the part that resembles a word.

What to check when Redeem rejects the code
1. Confirm that you are using Other Packs
If you cannot find a code field, return to the documented path: Benefits > Other Packs. The route is different from a store or top-up page. The FingerFun top-up center at mu4awakening.fingerfun.com/t2/609/7611.html describes Pearl Pass and other digital game goods, including diamonds and packs; it is not a code-redemption troubleshooting page and does not provide a physical item that can repair a failed redemption.
2. Test for expiration or a usage limit
BlueStacks lists expiration and a reached usage limit among the reasons a code may stop working. FingerFun’s listing for MU4DARK does not publish an expiry date or a number of allowed uses. Therefore, you cannot establish validity from the listing alone. If the exact text is correct and the route is correct, an expired or exhausted promotion remains a plausible explanation.

3. Check whether the code is restricted by region
Regional eligibility is another check named by BlueStacks. The official listing does not say which countries or servers, if any, are eligible. If the code works for another player but not for you, that difference does not by itself prove a typo; a regional rule could be involved. Because no region list is published on the cited FingerFun page, the reliable next step is to look for a current publisher announcement or support response rather than guessing which region should work.
4. Make sure the account has not used the code already
BlueStacks also identifies previous redemption on the same account as a possible cause. A code can be displayed publicly while still being unavailable to an account that has already claimed it. Check the account you are currently logged into and consider whether the reward may have been claimed earlier.
