2. Check PlayStation Network service status
Open the official PlayStation Service Status page and check account management, gaming and social services, the PlayStation Store, PlayStation Video, and PlayStation Direct. A degraded account-management or network service can interfere with signing in to the Wrap-Up site.

5. Check gameplay-data consent requirements
Sony’s 2025 rules also included console gameplay-data consent conditions. PS5 users who had not consented to collection of Full Data
during 2025 could not participate. In Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australasia, India, and Russia, PS4 users who had not consented to Additional Data
during 2025 could not participate.
Those consent requirements can explain why someone played enough games but received no 2025 results. They should be described as 2025 policy only: Sony has not confirmed that the same wording or requirements will apply to PlayStation Wrap-Up 2026.
6. Refresh the browser session after the campaign is live
Once the 2026 campaign officially opens, try these low-risk web diagnostics:
