Add the Riot Games folder to your antivirus exception list, then reopen the client and check the Store. This is Riot’s documented first fix, not a guarantee for every loading problem.
Fix a blank or endlessly loading VALORANT Store
- Add the Riot Games folder to your antivirus exceptions. Open your antivirus settings and add the Riot Games folder to its exception or exclusion list. Riot says some antivirus programs can block the connection between the VP Store and its browser, resulting in a white screen or infinite loading. See Riot’s VP Store troubleshooting guidance.
- Reopen VALORANT and check the Store. Restart or reopen the client after changing the antivirus setting, then see whether the Store loads.
Only change the exception setting for the Riot Games folder. The cited Riot guidance does not establish that antivirus interference is the cause of every Store issue.
Check whether the problem is regional or network-related
Check Riot service status for your region
A regional service incident could affect access, but status depends on region and time. Check Riot’s official service-status information for your region rather than assuming the servers are either down or working normally. No particular current incident is established here.
Rule out basic connection problems
If other online services or VALORANT features are also having trouble, try Riot’s basic network checks:

- Confirm Wi-Fi is enabled and that you are using the correct network credentials.
- If you use Ethernet, check that the cable is connected. If Wi-Fi is unreliable, test with a wired connection if one is available.
- Temporarily test without a proxy or VPN, if you use one.
These are general connectivity checks, not Store-specific cures. Riot’s network connection troubleshooting guide covers these and more advanced steps.
When to try advanced network troubleshooting
Move on to deeper network changes only when the symptoms suggest a broader connection problem or the basic checks do not help. Riot’s guide includes Windows network diagnostics, trying a public DNS resolver, renewing the IP address and flushing DNS, reviewing firewall rules, and router port forwarding. These steps change network settings and are not necessary for every Store loading issue; follow Riot’s instructions for your setup rather than applying them all blindly.

Contact Riot Support if the Store still will not load
If the Store remains blank or loads indefinitely after the relevant checks, submit a ticket through Riot Support. Include your region, when the issue began, whether you see a white screen or continuous loading, and the steps you have already tried.
