In the Rhodes Hill Care Center, the three ID wristbands are sequential security-clearance upgrades: take Level 1 from the body outside the Lead Researcher’s Office, earn Level 2 by installing two organs in the Examination Room patient and defeating it, then collect Level 3 from the Security Manager’s Office. Be ready for Chunk when you pick up Level 1. This walkthrough covers Grace’s Care Center progression and includes spoilers.
Before you look for a wristband
Progress through the West Wing and obtain the East Wing Keycard. To reach it, place the Red Jewel from the Unicorn Trinket Box into the indentation in the Parlor door. Once you enter the East Wing, you can begin the wristband sequence. GameSpot’s walkthrough details the keycard route.

Level 1: East Wing corridor outside the Lead Researcher’s Office
Move through the Examination Room, Treatment Room, and Blood Lab, then follow the corridor toward the Waiting Room stairs. On the second floor, look for a body outside the Lead Researcher’s Office. The Level 1 wristband is on it.

Useful Level 1 clearance stops
Once you have Level 1, consider backtracking through newly accessible doors for supplies and useful routes:
- Blood Lab and Waiting Room Closet: collect Blood Specimens.
- West Wing Filing Room: pick up a Hip Pouch.
- Custodian’s Office: reach a save point, item box, and route to the Garage.

Level 2: retrieve two organs, then defeat the Examination Room patient
The Level 2 wristband is carried by the reanimated enemy in the Examination Room. You need both the Artificial Heart and Artificial Lungs before you can activate the encounter.

Get the Artificial Heart
Use the Wrench to open the Cold Storage door in the West Wing, then take the Artificial Heart.

Get the Artificial Lungs
Collect the Organ Transport Box from the Garage. In the Lead Researcher’s Office, open the puzzle box and read the file titled “Unlocking the Organ Transplant Box” for the solution. Use it to open the transport container and take the Artificial Lungs.
Install the organs and claim Level 2
- Return to the Examination Room.
- Place the Artificial Heart and Artificial Lungs in the patient’s chest cavity.
- Defeat the reanimated enemy and take the Level 2 wristband.
Level 2 grants access to the Isolation Ward and the Security Manager’s Office. The organ locations and puzzle steps are covered in GameSpot’s walkthrough; PC Gamer also confirms the organs are required for the wristband encounter.

Level 3: Security Manager’s Office
Use Level 2 clearance at the Security Point near the Isolation Ward to enter the Security Manager’s Office. Inspect the body slumped over the desk to trigger the sequence that grants Level 3.
