It is listed at 15,000,000 Sheckles or 139 Robux, but it may not appear in every shop restock, so check the shop in-game before planning to buy it.
Where to get Cleaning Spray
Look for Cleaning Spray in the in-game Gear Shop. Community item references list its price as 15,000,000 Sheckles or 139 Robux; these are in-game prices, not real-world prices. Availability can vary: a guide reports that the spray stopped appearing in every Gear Shop restock after the Fairy Event update. Check the live shop stock rather than assuming it will be available at the next refresh. Item reference; Gear Shop guide.
Cleaning Spray was also obtainable through the Summer Harvest Event, according to the item reference. That is a historical route, not confirmation that the event is currently active or will return. Item reference.
What Cleaning Spray does
Use the gear on a crop to remove its mutations. The item reference lists Silver, Gold, and Rainbow variants as exceptions, so do not use the spray expecting it to remove those variants. The references do not establish exact targeting controls or activation inputs; follow the prompts shown by the game when using the item. Item reference; Gear Shop guide.

Should you use it or save it?
Use Cleaning Spray when removing a crop’s mutations is the outcome you want and the crop is not one of the listed exceptions. If you are considering it for a crop whose mutations you want to keep, leave the crop unchanged. The references do not provide reliable crop-value comparisons or calculations, so the decision depends on your own plans for that crop.
You may also want to keep the spray for crafting. Community recipe references list it as an ingredient in some Mutation Sprays, including Choc, Shocked, and Glimmering. Recipe details can change, so check the current crafting interface before spending a scarce Cleaning Spray. Mutation Spray recipes; Crafting reference.
