How to get Calm Thoughts

- Unlock the Realm of Breakthrough. After the story boss, use a Warp Spire to access the Realm and take on its boss challenge.
- Claim the weekly reward. The same guides report a cost of 60 Vital Energy and a reward of three Calm Thoughts, with the challenge available once per week. Confirm the cost, reward, and reset rules on the in-game challenge screen before spending Vital Energy.
If you need more after the initial story reward, the Realm challenge is the repeatable route described by the available guides. The exact time needed to collect a particular amount depends on your inventory and the current in-game rules; a fixed farming timeline is not established.

Calm Thoughts are used for four-star outfit evolution. One guide reports that an evolution requires seven Calm Thoughts, Bling, Thread of Purity, and a duplicate of the outfit. The official launch announcement listed seven Calm Thoughts among pre-registration milestone rewards. Players could claim those launch rewards through in-game mail after unlocking the inbox. The official launch FAQ explains: “After unlocking the in-game mail feature, access your Pear-Pal assistant in-game to check and claim your rewards.” This was a launch offer, not an ongoing acquisition method.

Version 2.0 Recycle Shop exchange
The official Version 2.0 notice said Calm Thoughts could be exchanged for Shiny Bubbles in the Store’s Recycle Shop until January 6, 2026, at 12:49 (UTC-7). That offer has expired. The notice’s statement that Wishfield materials remained valid does not establish a current Calm Thoughts exchange.
