Making a Roblox pass on your phone may not give you a working donation button in PLS DONATE. Roblox disabled cross-game pass sales in May 2026, and the available sources do not confirm that PLS DONATE has switched to a supported alternative. Its familiar instructions—create a pass, then claim a booth—are still on the experience listing, but they are not proof the method currently works.
Why the old game-pass method may not work
A Roblox pass is a one-time purchase tied to an experience. Roblox’s Creator Hub says the experience must be published and accessible before you create a pass, and documents a creation path through Creations → select an experience → Monetization → Passes → Create pass. But creating a pass and selling it inside another experience are different things.
Roblox Creator Hub says cross-game pass sales have been disabled since May 30, 2026. Roblox’s developer announcement said the change would take effect May 29, 2026, a one-day difference between the two official sources. Both dates are in the past. The announcement specifically identifies donation and tipping games that rely on cross-game passes or developer products as affected, and recommends that creators migrate to the Transfers API.
That means a pass may still be listed on its own experience page or other permitted external listing surfaces, but that does not establish that it can be sold from a booth inside PLS DONATE. A mobile device does not bypass the platform restriction.

What to do on mobile
- Check PLS DONATE’s current in-game help or a current creator announcement. Look for confirmation of a supported donation method. The sources available do not establish that this experience has adopted the Transfers API, or provide a verified mobile menu path for using it.
- If you create a pass, treat that as pass creation—not confirmation of a donation button. Roblox’s documented route is Creator Hub → Creations → select your published experience → Monetization → Passes → Create pass. This does not make the pass saleable inside a different experience.
- Follow PLS DONATE’s current instructions only if they describe a supported method. Do not rely on an old tutorial that stops at creating a pass and claiming a booth; the listing’s legacy directions conflict with Roblox’s later cross-game-sales policy.
What the PLS DONATE listing says—and what it does not prove
The PLS DONATE Roblox listing tells players to create a game pass, claim a booth, and receive Robux. It also says donations are made through game-pass sales, processing can take up to a week, and the recipient may receive less than the displayed price after Roblox deductions. Those are the listing’s published statements, not confirmation that its pass-based donation flow still works under the newer rule.
The available sources do not confirm whether PLS DONATE has migrated to Transfers API or whether mobile players can currently receive transfers through it. It would be misleading to promise that following the old pass-and-booth steps will make a working button appear. If the experience has added a new flow, its current in-game help or creator announcement is the place to verify it.
