Where to find Hisuian Zorua now
The documented routes for Hisuian Zorua were part of the Ultra Unlock: Hisui Celebration, which ran from July 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. through July 13, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time. Those event encounters are no longer available through that event. The official sources reviewed do not establish another active encounter route as of October 8, 2026.

How Hisuian Zorua was available during its debut
During the 2025 celebration, Hisuian Zorua was included in the wild encounter pool and could also be encountered by completing the event’s Collection Challenge. Both were temporary event routes, not ongoing sources.

How to evolve Hisuian Zorua into Hisuian Zoroark
Hisuian Zorua evolves into Hisuian Zoroark for 50 Zorua Candy. The official event announcement names Candy as the evolution requirement and does not specify an extra evolution item.
- Open your Pokémon storage and select Hisuian Zorua.
- On its summary screen, check that you have at least 50 Zorua Candy.
- Tap Evolve and confirm the evolution.
Niantic’s evolution help page explains that Candy costs vary by Pokémon and that the summary screen shows the amount required.

Does the October 2026 Zorua Community Day include the Hisuian forms?
No Hisuian-form encounter is specified in the October 10, 2026 Community Day announcement. The event features Zorua, with more frequent wild appearances from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Evolving Zorua during the event or within four hours afterward gives a Zoroark that knows Sucker Punch. Because the announcement does not say Hisuian Zorua is featured, this event should not be treated as a confirmed way to obtain either Hisuian form.
