If you bought a Just Dance Unlimited pass and it does not appear in your game, first check that you are using a compatible game and the platform account tied to the purchase. Ubisoft stopped selling Unlimited passes on March 31, 2025; a pass already active after that date remains available only until its expiration. For a receipt with no matching entitlement, contact Ubisoft Support with the receipt, platform, game edition and relevant account details.
Check whether your game supports Just Dance Unlimited
Ubisoft lists Just Dance 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 as compatible with Unlimited. It does not support Unlimited in Just Dance 2023 or Just Dance 2024. Ubisoft announced that it would stop selling Unlimited passes on March 31, 2025. If you already had a pass that expired after that date, Ubisoft said the service would remain active until the pass expired. Read Ubisoft’s update on the delisting and check Ubisoft’s Just Dance service FAQ for compatibility details.

What to do when a purchased pass is missing
- Confirm the game edition. Check the title and year shown in the game. A pass for Unlimited will not provide access to Just Dance+ in a 2023-or-later game.
- Check the purchasing account. Make sure you are playing on the same platform account used to buy or redeem the pass. Ubisoft’s guidance confirms that digital game purchases are associated with the relevant platform account, but does not document one universal restore-purchases procedure for every Unlimited pass and platform.
- Launch the compatible game while online. Sign in to the account associated with the purchase and check whether the subscription content appears. If it does not, keep the receipt or redemption confirmation for support.
- Contact Ubisoft Support if the entitlement is still absent. Include proof of purchase, your platform, the exact game edition and the account identifiers needed to investigate. Since official pass sales have ended, a listing from a third-party seller is not proof that a code can still be redeemed; the status of any particular seller’s inventory is not established.
Do not confuse Unlimited with Just Dance+
Just Dance+ is a separate service, not a replacement name or redemption route for an Unlimited pass. If you intended to subscribe to Just Dance+ instead, Ubisoft says to open the game’s main menu, select “Just Dance+” and follow the purchase flow. Its access guidance also requires the platform account to be linked to Ubisoft and the applicable primary-console or Nintendo pass-enabled-console setting. Check the game for the remaining subscription days after completing the flow. See Ubisoft’s Just Dance+ help page.
Was your purchase part of Ubisoft’s 2024 compensation offer?
Ubisoft’s 2024 offer followed licensing-related removals of approximately 200 songs effective August 1, 2024. Ubisoft said players with ongoing annual subscriptions would receive three months of Just Dance Unlimited access as compensation; this was a limited offer, not a general entitlement for every purchase or pass type. Ubisoft’s 2024 announcement described these platform-specific steps:
#1 Best Overall
- Nintendo Switch and Xbox: the extra access was to be added automatically.
- PlayStation: players needed to link their PlayStation and Ubisoft accounts, or contact Ubisoft with a screenshot of proof of purchase to request a code.
Use those instructions only if your issue concerns that compensation offer. They are not general activation steps for a separately purchased pass.
