Where to find Major Raikov
Raikov appears during the story sequence in Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: East Wing, where Snake is tasked with finding him and taking his uniform. Look for the soldier whose hair is visible beneath his hat; that is a useful way to distinguish Raikov. [Source]
How to take Raikov’s uniform
- Equip the Scientist uniform. Use it to move through the facility toward Raikov. While wearing it, Snake cannot use weapons or CQC, so don’t rely on either while the disguise is active. [Source]
- Incapacitate Raikov. If you plan to use the MK22, change into a combat-capable uniform first; the Scientist uniform prevents weapon use. [Source]
- Get him to the locker room. A careful approach is to incapacitate nearby threats and then drag Raikov there. [Source]
- Hide his body in a locker. This is how you obtain the Officer Uniform. [Source]
Fast route or careful route?

Open the camouflage and uniform options in the Survival Viewer, then select the collected outfit. Delta-specific guidance identifies the Survival Viewer as the place to view and switch collected uniforms.
