How to Get Mochi Mouse in Grow a Garden
There are two routes to consider: the Cooking Event, where Mochi Mouse was originally offered, and player trading. The event route is historical unless the live game currently shows the event and its reward.

The pet page says Mochi Mouse was introduced on August 2, 2025, in the Cooking Event update, and identifies Cooking Event rewards as its obtaining method. The community event guide describes cooking dishes as part of the event, but that description does not show that the event is active now.
- Look in the live game for an active Cooking Event and its current reward information.
- If the event is active, follow the event’s in-game instructions and confirm Mochi Mouse is still listed as a reward before spending time on it.
- If the event is absent or the pet is not listed, do not assume the old event instructions will still grant it; investigate trading instead.
What to know before trading
Community listings show players offering or requesting Mochi Mouse, so a trade may be a practical alternative if the event route is unavailable. Those listings do not prove that any specific offer is current or fair, nor do they confirm official trading rules.
