The most dependable ways to add Legendary Champions in RAID: Shadow Legends are to target specific rewards through Champion Fragments, Fusion, and progression, while using Shards during events that match your goal. Ordinary Shard summons remain random: an x2 event improves the chance of a Legendary, but an x10 event only favors a named Champion after you summon the relevant rarity. Check the live Summoning Portal and event rules before spending resources.
Choose a route based on what you want
There is no single route that guarantees the best result for every account. Compare the options by certainty, resources, time limit, and account eligibility:

Use Shards with their odds and limits in mind
Know what each Shard can summon
Plarium’s official Champions page lists a base Legendary chance of 0.5% for Ancient Shards, 0.5% for Void Shards, and 6% for Sacred Shards. These are the figures published on that page; its publication year is not stated, and rates can change. Check the Summoning Portal’s information screen for the current odds before opening Shards. Void Shards summon only Void-affinity Champions. Mystery Shards cannot summon Epic or Legendary Champions under the published rarity table.
Shards can come from different game activities, quests, progress rewards, shops, and limited-time events; the source and amount depend on the activity. The official page does not establish a single best source or a predictable Legendary yield.

Distinguish x2, x10, and Guaranteed events
These event types do different things. Plarium’s Summoning Events guide describes x2 as doubling the chance of summoning a given rarity. For example, the guide gives 1% Legendary odds for Ancient and Void Shards and 12% for Sacred Shards during the x2 event it describes. Treat those as guide examples, not confirmation that an event is active or that the live rates still match; check the Portal.
An x10 event does not multiply the chance of getting any Legendary by ten. It leaves rarity odds unchanged and increases the chance of a specified Champion only if you first summon an Epic or Legendary of the relevant rarity. A Guaranteed Champion event instead names a required number and type of Shards to open while the event is active. The threshold and eligible Shards vary by event, and an early summon of the named Champion can end the event. An Extra Legendary event may award a random extra non-duplicate Champion after a qualifying Legendary summon, subject to its rules; it does not let you select that extra Champion.
Before opening saved Shards, read the live event description for the eligible Shard type, threshold, featured Champion pool, and end time. Event details are time-sensitive.
Understand Mercy without assuming a precise count
Plarium’s Mercy System guide says Mercy activates after a stated number of summons without receiving the relevant rarity. Counters are separate by Shard type. For Ancient and Void Shards, Epic and Legendary counters are also separate, so summoning a Legendary does not reset the Epic counter. Once active, the chance increase is additive, according to the guide, rather than a growing bonus from the first pull.

The Mercy counter is internal and is not displayed in-game. Unless you have reliable account-specific records and have confirmed the applicable current rules, you cannot use the game interface to verify an exact pull count or predict precisely when your next Legendary will arrive.
Target a Champion with Fragments or Fusion
Collect Champion Fragments
Fragments are tied to a particular Champion, making this a more targeted route than a random summon. Plarium’s Champion Fragments guide states that 100 fragments are required to summon a Champion. That is the guide’s stated requirement; check the target’s Fragment Summon screen for its current total and sources.
Events and tournaments can award fragments, and the guide also mentions special offers. Open the Fragment Summon screen and use its Info button to see the listed sources for the Champion you want. The available sources and offers can differ by target.
Complete a Fusion recipe
Fusion is a recipe-based route: gather and prepare the Champions shown for the target, then fuse them through the Portal. Plarium’s Fusion guide gives Relickeeper and Broadmaw as examples of permanent Fusions, while limited-time Fusion events have deadlines.

For a current target, use the in-game Fusion tab to confirm the recipe, any eligibility conditions, and the deadline. A limited-time Fusion is only useful if you can complete its requirements before it ends.

Doom Tower Secret Rooms
Doom Tower rotates, and its Secret Rooms award fragments for a set of exclusive Champions. Plarium’s Doom Tower guide describes Normal and Hard tracks with rewards in a specified order. The available Champions, restrictions, and reachable reward depend on the current rotation, so inspect the in-game tower rather than relying on a past reward list.
Complete Faction Wars for Lydia and Polara
Plarium’s Faction Wars guide says that earning three stars on every Normal stage across all factions awards Lydia the Deathsiren. It describes three-star completion of every Hard stage as awarding Polara Fireheart, with Hard unlocking after Lydia is earned. This is a long-term roster-development goal, not an early-game shortcut.
Check whether Revival Path is available to your account
Plarium’s Revival Path guide describes a feature aimed at returning players. Daily, weekly, and revival quests earn points; the guide says the Elite track ends with a guaranteed Legendary. All players start on the Basic path, while the Elite Revival Pass unlocks the additional Elite rewards. Availability and terms for a particular account are not established by the public guide, so check the feature in-game before counting on this route.

Timed promotions can combine several acquisition routes, but their rewards expire. For example, Plarium’s June 3, 2026 announcement of Web of Corruption described a loyalty-program Legendary, limited-time Fusion events, and Champions available through Shards, activities, and summon boosts. The announcement said the event ran through August 18, 2026; it had ended by October 4, 2026. Its rewards are an example of routes Plarium has used, not a current offer.
