To give yourself one player-head item in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, run /give @s player_head. The command requires cheats and permission to use commands in the world or server. If you mean a head displaying a particular player’s skin, that is a separate question: the sources here do not verify a vanilla Bedrock command for choosing that skin.
Get a player head with the Bedrock command
- Make sure cheats are enabled and that you have permission to run commands in the world or server. Microsoft’s Bedrock command list marks
/giveas requiring cheats. - Enter
/give @s player_headin the chat or command interface. This gives one player-head item to the command executor.
Microsoft documents the command as /give <player: target> <itemName: Item> [amount: int] [data: int] [components: json]. Its Bedrock item enum includes player_head, and the official /give reference describes the command as giving an item to a player.

Give the item to a different target
Replace @s with the intended player name or another target selector. For example, /give @p player_head gives the item to the nearest player. You can also add an amount after the item name, following the documented syntax—for example, /give @s player_head 2 requests two.
Does the command give a head with a specific player’s skin?
/give @s player_head requests the Bedrock player-head item; it does not specify whose skin the head should display. The official command and item references cited above establish how to obtain the item, but do not establish a current vanilla Bedrock command for assigning an arbitrary player’s skin to it.

Do not use Java Edition examples such as SkullOwner or player-profile components as Bedrock commands. A community wiki mirror describes player heads as based on a player’s skin, with Steve as the default, but that does not verify the result for every Bedrock version. A third-party head database points to add-ons for custom Bedrock heads; it is not an official confirmation of a vanilla command.
