In Jujutsu Infinite, the reported ways to get Purified Curse Hands are opening chests, finding loose loot around the map, trading with another player, or checking the Curse Market. Bosses and Investigations are reported sources of chests, but no published comparison establishes which method is fastest. These routes come from third-party guides and community information, not confirmed developer drop data.
Get Purified Curse Hands from chests
Start with chests earned through repeatable activities if you already have them to open. A guide by Gamer Tweak reports that chests from bosses and Investigations can contain Purified Curse Hands. The available guides describe the drop as rare, so chest opening is a chance-based route rather than a guaranteed reward. Gamer Tweak’s guide and Destructoid’s guide describe chest drops.

A community-wiki search result reports a 0.25% chance per chest, or 1 in 400. That figure could not be verified against the underlying wiki page or an official source, so treat it as an unconfirmed community-reported rate, not a current guaranteed probability. It does not mean you should expect one hand after exactly 400 chests.

Check loose map loot
Purified Curse Hands are also reported as loose loot that can appear in the world. Search while moving between activities, or use an in-game item notifier if one is available to you; the community wiki result recommends this approach, but does not establish a reliable spawn schedule. Destructoid also lists loose loot as a source.

Trade with another player
If you have items another player wants, player trading is another reported route. The community wiki result lists trading, but the available sources do not specify a fixed exchange value or confirm that every player can trade the item under all current game rules. Check the item and trade terms in-game before agreeing.
Look for one in the Curse Market
The Curse Market is a rotating exchange where a Purified Curse Hand may be offered. Check the live stock and the listed cost in-game; availability and terms can vary. A community wiki search result claims the market refreshes every three hours, but the underlying page could not be accessed, so that interval is unverified. Do not rely on a particular refresh time.

- Fight curses and be in the action - Gojo is back! This time the blind fold is coming off and he’s letting his hair down. As the strongest sorcerer in the world, Gojo has access to Hollow Purple, which is a remarkably powerful secret technique that was achieved by awakening the true power of the Limitless during his rematch against Toji Fushiguro. It launches imaginary mass, which can deal destructive damage to any target

- Prefer exploring? Search for loose loot as you move around the map.
- Have useful trade items? Ask other players whether they are willing to trade, and verify the terms.

Level requirement and the claimed purification process
Destructoid and a community-wiki search result describe Purified Curse Hands as a level 300 item, but the available sources do not provide official confirmation of that requirement. A separate guide claims that you must obtain a regular Curse Hand and purify it at an NPC or workstation. That process conflicts with guides describing Purified Curse Hands as direct drops or market items, and could not be verified. Check the item’s current in-game description rather than assuming a purification step is required.

What Purified Curse Hands are used for
