How to target the Eximus route

Its Void Relic information also says Requiem Relics can be obtained from Kuva Siphon and Kuva Flood missions, as well as Lich Thralls or Sister Hounds. This gives you a route that can combine collecting the relic with opening it, but the consulted pages do not establish a current Sliver probability for the opening.
In practical terms, pursue this route if Requiem Relics already fit your play or you are collecting them for their other rewards. You still need a suitable Void Fissure opening for the relic, and the Sliver should be treated as one possible result among the listed rewards. Do not count on a particular number of Slivers from a set number of openings based on the information available here.
Requiem Relics can be attractive when your objective is broader than Slivers. You may be farming Kuva-related activities, working toward a Lich or Sister objective, or opening relics for another reward. In those cases, a Sliver is an additional possibility rather than the sole reason to enter the mission. Encounter the Jackal at level 41 or higher
The Wiki lists level 41-or-higher Jackal encounters as a route, specifically describing a 5% chance in Sortie or Steel Path context. - Travel to Iron Wake on Earth. Find Palladino there. Warframe Support identifies Iron Wake as her location; access requirements and quest context should be confirmed in your current navigation screen.
