There is no single secret-unit farming route. A May 2025 guide lists different methods for different units, including event capsules, AFK World, Ranger Stages, summons, and Boss Events. Those instructions and odds are historical, not confirmed live mechanics. Check the current Roblox experience and official developer announcements for a unit’s source before you spend time grinding.
Start by checking which version and unit you’re playing
Newer unofficial material uses the name Re:Rangers X and describes different units and methods, including a claimed 2026 rebrand. A fan-made wiki is not confirmation that those details match the live Roblox experience. The May 2025 routes below should therefore be treated as a dated guide, not blended with newer claims as if both describe the same version.
A community Fandom units page describes Secret as a rarity and notes that units can come from banner summons or stage drops, but it does not establish current unit-by-unit routes. No current official source in the available material confirms live secret-unit methods or odds. Before farming, check the unit’s current in-game description, stage rewards, event shop, or banner, and look for developer announcements.
Routes reported in the May 2025 guide
Pro Game Guides’ May 2025 article listed five Secret units and described the following routes. All rates and availability in this table are historical guide claims, not verified current drop rates. The Shadow Knight figures are estimates the guide supplied because it said the rates were not listed in-game.
| Unit | Reported route | Reported chance or availability |
|---|---|---|
| Bunny | Complete the Easter Event stage, collect Eggs, then buy and open Egg Capsules. | 0.1% per capsule, according to the May 2025 guide; the event may no longer be available. |
| Fire Fist | Stay in AFK World, also called AFK Chamber. | 0.5% every 15 minutes, according to the May 2025 guide. |
| Eclipse Sorcerer | Complete Leaf Village Ranger Stages, Acts 1–3. | 1% per completion of a listed stage, according to the May 2025 guide. |
| Solar Fist | Complete Green Planet Ranger Stages. | 0.05% in Act 1, 0.1% in Act 2, or 1% in Act 3, according to the May 2025 guide. |
| Shadow Knight | Summon on the Standard Banner or Rate-Up Banner. | Approximately 0.1% on Standard and 0.2% on Rate-Up; these are the guide’s estimates, not confirmed in-game rates. |
| Cursed Love | Clear the Boss Event. | 0.1% per completion; the guide reported limited stock of 10,000. Both event availability and stock are time-sensitive historical details. |
How to choose a route if it is still available
- Confirm the unit is obtainable now. An old event, banner, or stage reward may have changed or disappeared. Do not assume a historical route still works.
- Compare attempts and time. A chance quoted per capsule or completion is not the same as a timed AFK chance. Check how many attempts you can realistically make and what each requires.
- Prefer a listed in-game rate over an estimate. The Shadow Knight percentages above were estimates because the guide said the game did not display the rates.
- For Solar Fist, compare Acts if the old route is present. The May 2025 guide reported the highest chance in Green Planet Act 3, but that advantage only matters if the live game still shows the same drop.
What the reported percentages do—and don’t—tell you
These percentages describe what one third-party guide reported for its version of the game; they do not guarantee a result or establish the current odds. In particular, the guide’s Shadow Knight values were estimates, while its other figures were published as route odds. The available material does not independently verify any of them against a current official drop-rate listing.
