You can find it as a random drop from blindfolded monk enemies in Chapter 3’s New Thunderclap Temple; guides point to the Temple Entrance and Mahavira Hall areas, but none confirms a drop rate or guaranteed number of kills.
What does See No Evil do?
Game8 lists See No Evil as Epic headgear with 25 defense, no bonus stat, and the effect “More easily triggers Perfect Dodge.” Game8 also reproduces this item description: “To his eyes, fair faces hold no charm, mere dust and earth they seem.” Game8’s item guide.
The effect is relevant if you want Perfect Dodge to trigger more easily. Gamer Guides includes See No Evil among its recommended equipment for the Yellowbrow fight, but that is a guide recommendation—not a controlled comparison showing it is better than other headgear. Where to get See No Evil
The item is associated with a random or rare drop from blindfolded monk enemies in Chapter 3’s New Thunderclap Temple. Guides use different names for the enemy: blindfolded monk, Blind Monk, and Overseeing Monk. Since the sources differ, it is safest to treat these as the labels used by different guides rather than confirmed official equivalents.
