You’ll read two clues, retrieve a doll from the flying whale Gigantrite, return it to Tailor Noan at the Kastleton Inn, and speak with Yeddy.
Unlock Little Friend in the Sky
If Little Friend in the Sky is not available in your Codex, complete Little Friend in the Box first; Game8 lists it as the preceding quest that unlocks this one. Game8’s Little Friend in the Box guide covers that prerequisite.
Complete the quest and retrieve the doll
- Read the two clues. In Nesting Grounds, find and read Someone’s Letter and Someone’s Diary. These begin the quest’s search for the little friend.
- Wait for Gigantrite. Go to the top of Starlight Observatory Ruins and check the in-game event schedule for Gigantrite. Its timing can vary; use the schedule on your server rather than relying on a fixed time from a guide.
- Board the whale. When Gigantrite comes close, grapple onto it and make your way toward its tail.
- Pick up the Powerless Little Doll. The doll is near blue crystals on the left side as you head toward the tail. The route and location are described in The Escapist’s Little Friend in the Sky walkthrough.
- Return the doll and finish the quest. Go to Tailor Noan at the Kastleton Inn and hand over the doll, then talk to Yeddy. Game8 places Noan in the inn’s second-floor area. The quest awards Snow White Cutie Yeddy.
What the reward is
Snow White Cutie Yeddy is an Amitoi companion, not a physical item you need to purchase. Its listed unlock is the Little Friend in the Sky Exploration quest in Nesting Grounds. Games Lantern’s Yeddy listing also identifies it as an Amitoi unlocked through that quest.
If the route does not match your game
The cited walkthroughs are secondary guides, and Game8’s guide was last updated October 16, 2024; its Throne and Liberty coverage ended in March 2025. If an objective or location differs in your version, check the quest text in your Codex and the live Gigantrite schedule. The cited guides do not establish one universal spawn time for every server or version. Game8’s Snow White Cutie Yeddy guide lists the quest objectives and reward.
