The Club Torch of Destruction is part of the Primal Fear mod, not the base game. Install the mod, then defeat Pikkon’s Revenge to obtain the weapon. If you have administrator command access, the mod’s item reference also lists a spawn command.
Get it through gameplay
- Install Primal Fear in your single-player game or on the server. The item reference says the weapon is available only with the mod installed: Club Torch of Destruction.
- Defeat Pikkon’s Revenge. The Primal Fear item page identifies killing this encounter as the gameplay method for obtaining the weapon.
If the encounter does not drop it, check which Primal Fear version is installed and whether server settings affect the encounter or its drops. The item page gives the acquisition route, but the available references do not establish that every current mod release has identical drop conditions.
Spawn it with administrator access
For players with permission to use admin commands, the item page lists this command:
cheat giveitem "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/Primal_Fear/Weapons/ClubTorch/PrimalItem_WeaponCreatorClubTorch.PrimalItem_WeaponCreatorClubTorch'" 1 0 0

Command access depends on your permissions and server rules; the listed command is not a guarantee that it will work on every server. Beacon also catalogs the item as Primal Fear content under the class PrimalItem_WeaponCreatorClubTorch_C: Beacon item listing.
What the weapon does
The item reference describes five modes: torpor, hatchet, pick, structure damage, and damage. It also notes that server administrators can disable its structure-damage capability. The available references do not provide a crafting recipe, so treat it as an encounter drop rather than a craftable item.

Why drop details may differ
Historical Primal Fear patch notes report that the weapon could drop at varying quality levels, showing that its behavior has changed over time. That history does not establish the full mechanics of the current version. If your result differs from the item page, check the installed mod version and server configuration. See the Primal Fear patch notes.
