You need the Mantis Claw and Mothwing Cloak to reach it; first, enter the area from Forgotten Crossroads using one of two routes.
What you need before going to Crystal Peak
The listed abilities needed to reach the Crystal Heart are the Mantis Claw and Mothwing Cloak. The Claw lets you cling to and jump from walls, while the Cloak provides a dash. If you have not acquired both, collect them before attempting the platforming route to the golem.
How to enter Crystal Peak
Crystal Peak has two entrances from the eastern part of Forgotten Crossroads. Choose the one that matches the items or spell you already have:

Where to find the Crystal Heart
Once inside Crystal Peak, head for the eastern mining tunnels and follow the platforming route through the old mining golems. The route ends at a golem containing the Crystal Heart. The available directions establish the area and destination, but not a reliable room-by-room sequence, so use the visible platforms and passages to navigate rather than relying on specific turns.

How to use the Crystal Heart
- Stand on the ground or cling to a wall.
- Hold the Super Dash button to charge the ability.
- Release it when fully charged to launch horizontally.
Jump or tap Super Dash again to stop. Taking damage or hitting an environmental interruption can also end the dash.
