The Egg Gifted From Flowers is the reward for finishing the ten-colour offering chain in the Fragrant Dream quest. You collect ten regional colours, have each one made into a perfume, and offer the perfumes at the Amethyst Tree on Tideblossom Coast. The walkthroughs available at the time of writing agree on that route, but they disagree on a few details, which are covered below.
The route to the egg
Every guide describes the same basic loop: gather a colour, turn it into a perfume, deliver it, and repeat until all ten are done. Nothing in the reported route suggests a shortcut or a separate purchase. Check the in-game quest tracker for the current wording of each step, because the step names below come from third-party guides rather than an official quest log.
- Start and progress the Fragrant Dream quest chain. Guides describe it as a ten-section story that moves through ten regions. Each section corresponds to one colour.
- Gather the regional ingredient for each colour. Each colour has its own perfumer, and each perfumer asks for a regional ingredient. Six perfumers are reported to stay in Bloomville, while four are out in the field. No guide we could check gives a complete, verified list of ingredients and locations, so use the tracker’s objective text as your guide for each stop.
- Take each finished perfume to the Amethyst Tree on Tideblossom Coast. Offer the matching colour to the corresponding Colorless Dream. One guide places the tree roughly 268 metres from the Tideblossom Coast fast-travel array; treat that figure as approximate, since it comes from a single guide’s route notes.
- Finish the chain to receive the egg. Once all ten colours have been offered, the seedling yields the egg. One walkthrough names the final reward step “Sink Into the Colorless Dream,” which it places inside A Fragrant Dream. That step name is not confirmed by a second source.
Where not to look first
Do not treat an ordinary chest as the main method. One guide warns that the map marker at the Amethyst Tree marks the hand-in point, not an early chest pickup. Another guide says a chest also holds the egg. The two claims conflict, and the quest chain is the only route that all of the reviewed guides describe. If you find a chest near the tree, open it, but do not expect it to replace the offering steps.
What the egg is
The egg’s in-game description is in French and reads, in English sense: a gift from blooming flowers, given in exchange for ten colours of the world offered to the Vein. The item is classed as Prismatic. The Aniimo.guide game-text extraction (client version 1.0, extracted 17 September 2026) confirms the wording and rarity but does not identify an acquisition source, so the quest chain rests on the guides rather than on the game files.

Hatching the egg
Place the egg in an available Hatchinator slot. Guides agree that a Hatchinator is used, but they disagree on how long it takes:
- All Things How (updated 25 September 2026) reports a 10-hour timer.
- Another guide reports 12 hours.
Check the timer shown in your Hatchinator on your current game version and go by that figure.

Which creature hatches
A quest guide reports that the egg hatches into Iris in Prismana form. One item database lists a different hatch result, so the species should be treated as reported rather than guaranteed. If your hatch differs from the Iris claim, your in-game result is the one that matters, and it is worth noting the game version when you report it.
