The free Escape from Tarkov gift described in February 2024 coverage was a limited-time Lunar New Year promotion, not a confirmed offer you can claim today. The reported redemption route began on the game’s account website and ended in the in-game message system; the articles do not establish that the promotion remains available in October 2026.
Is the Escape from Tarkov gift still available?
There is no confirmation in the February 2024 reports that this specific gift is still claimable now. Because it was a time-limited promotion, treat it as expired unless a current official announcement or your Escape from Tarkov account page shows otherwise.
The offer was reported by Insider Gaming on February 10, 2024 and Forbes on February 9, 2024. Neither article verifies present-day availability.
How the reported redemption worked
For players who encountered the promotion while it was active, the reported process had two parts: claim the gift through the Escape from Tarkov account website, then retrieve it in the game.
