You can no longer claim the First Order Stormtrooper Outfit through Epic’s free MyDisney account-linking promotion: it ended on October 31, 2025. Epic says the outfit may be sold in the Fortnite Shop later, but has not confirmed that it is currently listed or announced a return date.
Can you still get the First Order Stormtrooper skin for free?
No. Epic’s support page says the MyDisney account-linking promotion concluded on October 31, 2025, and players can no longer receive the outfit through that offer. Linking accounts now does not unlock it under the expired promotion. Epic Games Support

Is the outfit in the Fortnite Item Shop now?
Its current availability is not confirmed by the official information available here. Epic’s April 29, 2025 announcement says, “The Outfit may be purchasable in the Fortnite Shop at a later date.” That is a possibility, not confirmation of a listing or a scheduled return. Check the live Fortnite Item Shop or the in-game shop for a current listing; Epic has not stated a price or return date in the cited material.
What was the expired promotion?
Epic announced the First Order Stormtrooper Outfit on April 29, 2025, as a reward for connecting eligible Epic and MyDisney accounts. The initial deadline of August 31, 2025 was later extended to October 31, 2025, the date Epic says the offer ended. Fortnite’s promotion announcement
#1 Best Overall
- Redeemable on accounts in the United States and in U.S. Dollars.
- Gift card must be redeemed at EpicGames.com/redeem. This gift card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly on a console device (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc.)
- If you play Fortnite experiences on a console device, you need to link your Epic Games account to your console account(s) so items purchased at Fortnite.com/item-shop appear across all of your linked accounts
- Requires internet connection, valid Epic account and prior acceptance of the terms
- Redemption: Online
The reward is a digital Fortnite cosmetic with both a Fortnite Style and a LEGO Style. Epic’s announcement described account linking through epicgames.com/id/login or the Epic account’s Apps and Accounts page. The offer depended on account eligibility, and account linking was unavailable in some regions. Those historical steps are not a working way to claim the expired reward.

- An Epic Games account is required to redeem an Epic Games Store Card code
- If playing on a console platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch or Mobile) you need to link your Epic Games account to that gaming platform (one time) to redeem your gift card code
- The 16 digit code on the back of the card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly through your gaming platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, etc.)
- Note: Nintendo devices do not support Fortnite Shared Wallet, so V-Bucks purchased using your account balance will not show up on your Nintendo device. However, if you purchase items in the web Item Shop — or another platform where you play Fortnite — those items will be available in your Locker across all platforms.

What should you do if you missed it?
- Check the in-game Item Shop or Epic’s official shop page for a live listing.
- Do not rely on an old account-linking guide as a free unlock method; the promotion has ended.
- Do not assume a shop return, date, or price until Epic lists or announces one.
