The Hunt: Mega Edition token in Fisch was earned through a final quest in the Crypt of the Green One on Terrapin Island. The event is over: available Fisch event documentation reports that the content was removed in version 1.23.0, and the Crypt page dates its removal to March 27, 2025. The walkthrough below explains how the quest worked during the 2025 event; it is not a currently available route to the reward.
What you needed before starting the Mega Token quest
The Hunt Mega Token was a separate, later quest—not the same as Fisch’s basic Hunt event quest. The event guide presents it as the final token quest, while the Crypt page says access required 24 Mega Tokens. The guide says players needed all other Mega Tokens before beginning.

Once eligible, players could speak to The Dreamer’s Eye, an NPC who appeared beside the Moosewood lighthouse. That started the Cthulhu’s Head quest. The steps below reconstruct the documented event route.
How the Fisch Mega Token quest worked
1. Open the vault on Terrapin Island
Travel to the back of Terrapin Island and rotate the vault’s pillars until their symbols light up. The entrance opens when the symbols are set correctly.

Go through the maze beyond the vault to reach the Crypt of the Green One.
3. Complete the Crypt bestiary
Fish in the Crypt’s pool until the Crypt bestiary is complete. The Crypt page lists eight limited fish. The documented quest instructions call for completing the bestiary before the melody puzzle, but do not explicitly say that all eight fish had to be placed at the final door.

4. Record Cthulhu’s melody
Complete the parkour section and listen to Cthulhu’s melody. Write down the symbols in the order they appear: the first symbol is number one, the second is number two, and so on. You will use this sequence to identify the correct order for the fish.

5. Match each fish to its symbol
Return to the pool. Hold a fish and interact with the stone structure that listens to the fish’s melody. Note the symbol it displays, then match that symbol to its position in Cthulhu’s sequence. The symbol varies by fish, so identify each one individually.

6. Place the fish in sequence and claim the token
At the door behind the stone structure, place the fish in the order corresponding to their numbered symbols. The event guide warns that a fish disappears from your inventory once placed. Correct placements open the door, where the Mega Token could be claimed.
Which Fisch Hunt rewards belonged to this quest?
The final Mega Token quest rewarded the Golden Egg Trophy Bobber item and the Abyssal Echoes badge. Fisch’s separate, basic Hunt quest involved Ringo and awarded the Silver Egg Trophy Bobber item, the Oceanborn title, and The Weighted Truth badge. Those were rewards for different quests.

Why this is a historical walkthrough
The available Fisch event guide marks the content unobtainable and records its removal in version 1.23.0. The Crypt page gives March 27, 2025, as the removal date. These are community-maintained pages; no official Fisch developer notice confirming the quest mechanics or future availability was identified. If the event is revived, check the game’s current event information before relying on this route.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteFor context, Roblox’s official newsroom said The Hunt: Mega Edition ran for 11 days in 2025, was available 24/7, and brought tens of millions of players to the event hub. Those are platform-wide event figures, not counts of Fisch players or Mega Token claimants. Roblox’s event announcement was written by Matt Curtis, Vice President of Developer Relations.
