The Little Caesars reward is the Commander Crust Operator Skin. The documented way to earn it—completing the “Call of Duty Challenge” in the Little Caesars app and redeeming its code—expired on October 25, 2025. That offer is not an active way to get the skin as of October 8, 2026.
How the Little Caesars skin promotion worked
Activision listed the reward as digital content for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Call of Duty: Warzone. Players completed the “Call of Duty Challenge” in the Little Caesars app to receive a code, then redeemed it on the Call of Duty redemption page.

Activision said: “The first code grants the Operator Skin and 30 minutes of Dual XP.” Subsequent code redemptions granted Dual XP, not another skin. The code-redemption deadline was October 25, 2025, so the promotion has ended.
Can you still get Commander Crust?
Activision’s listing does not confirm that Commander Crust was later reissued or made available for individual purchase. It notes generally that some promotional content may become available individually later, but does not say that happened for this skin. There is also no confirmation in the available official information of a current Little Caesars–Call of Duty promotion.

Activision recommended closing the game before redeeming a code. If the game was open during redemption, restart it to check for the content. The promotion listing covers the skin and Dual XP reward for Black Ops 6 and Warzone.
