To pilot the Megazord Mythic in Chapter 6 Season 4, you had to be the first player to reach and interact with Zordon when he appeared in a match. Epic said Zordon appeared in random matches; it did not give an exact spawn chance. This was a temporary match event, separate from unlocking the Dino Megazord Outfit. The original season ended November 1, 2025, Eastern Time, so its original unlock paths have closed.
How to pilot the Megazord Mythic

Join a Chapter 6 Season 4 match where Zordon appears. His appearance was random, and Epic did not publish a precise probability.

Find Zordon and reach him before other players. Epic said the first player to reach him could call in the Megazord. A contemporaneous Destructoid guide describes Zordon as a figure in a tube and says to interact with it to activate the Megazord: Destructoid’s guide.

Once called in, pilot the Megazord with teammates and use its attacks against the Giant Queen and other threats. Ground players could attack it too.

The Destructoid guide reported that the Megazord appeared after the second storm circle and that blue lightning could signal its arrival. Those are guide details, not timing or signals specified in Epic’s announcement. The guide also describes four abilities: a scan that reveals nearby enemies, a cannon, a stomp, and a sword strike. Epic confirms the Megazord had attacks but does not list those abilities in its announcement; no official damage values or control instructions are established there.
What happens if another player reaches Zordon first?
You could fight the Megazord from the ground and earn rewards by damaging it. Epic’s announcement described two rewards:

Megazord Medallion: The player who dealt the most damage received a medallion that periodically marked every nearby player for 15 seconds.
Neither reward was available in Ranked or tournaments.
Megazord Mythic vs. Dino Megazord Outfit
“Get the Megazord” can mean two different things. The Mythic was a match-only opportunity to call in and pilot the Megazord by reaching Zordon first. The Dino Megazord Outfit was a persistent cosmetic unlocked through Battle Pass progression.

How the Dino Megazord Outfit was unlocked
Epic’s more specific instructions appeared in its September 18, 2025 v37.30 announcement: Battle Pass holders could unlock the Dino Megazord Outfit by earning 12 Account Levels. XP earned anywhere in Fortnite counted toward Account Levels. Ranger Training Quests in Battle Royale were one way to progress. Additional Account Level goals unlocked accessories such as The Power Sword Pickaxe and Tank Cannons Back Bling, as well as alternate styles.

Epic’s August 7 season announcement initially described the Outfit as unlockable by completing Quests. The later v37.30 post specifies the 12 Account Level requirement. The Shock ‘N Awesome Battle Pass progression window ran from August 7 through November 1, 2025, Eastern Time.
As of October 8, 2026, that original season unlock route has ended. The Epic posts cited here do not establish whether the Outfit was later re-released through another method, so they cannot confirm current availability.
