How to Get the Treat for the Hounds in Dragon’s Dogma 2

For A Direwolf Delicacy, bring Isla a Snowdeer Bone. Find a Snowdeer in Norgan, defeat it, and examine its body to collect the bone.

Where to find a Snowdeer

Snowdeer are described as living across nearly all of Norgan, so there is no single guaranteed spawn point. A suggested place to begin is north of the Norgandian Settlement, along the path beside the river’s south edge; the guide also points to the northern side of the region.

Collect the Snowdeer Bone and finish the quest

1. Travel through Norgan and look for a Snowdeer, starting with the route north of the Norgandian Settlement by the river’s south edge.
2. Defeat the Snowdeer.
3. Examine its body and take the Snowdeer Bone. The guide describes the bone as a rare item when picked up.
4. Return to Isla and give her the bone to complete A Direwolf Delicacy.

If you want to discover the treat yourself

You can try offering Isla another item instead. Dave Aubrey’s VGC guide, published 8 October 2026, says Isla gives a hint after each incorrect offering and that a wrong guess has no consequence. Repeated attempts can therefore help reveal what she wants; the correct treat is the Snowdeer Bone.
