If you mean Training Set (Sauna C), Game8 lists it as an HP-focused DigiFarm item sold at a Central Town shop for 15,000 yen. That means crafting may not be necessary for this variant. “Training Set C” can refer to different stat-focused sets, though, and the available guides do not establish a complete, dependable materials list for every one.
First, identify the Training Set C variant
The letter C alone does not identify which stat a set targets. Game8’s listing covers Training Set (Sauna C), which it describes as a DigiFarm item that greatly boosts HP. Do not assume Sauna C improves ATK, DEF, or another stat; check the exact item name and effect shown in your game.

How to get Training Set (Sauna C)
- Open the item shop in Central Town and look for Training Set (Sauna C). Game8 reports a price of 15,000 yen; that is a reported listing, not a guarantee the price or availability is unchanged in your game.
- If you cannot access the relevant training equipment or Zudomon’s shop, check whether the quest The Blacksmith’s Request is available. Digital Phablet says completing it for Zudomon unlocks access to more training equipment and DigiFarm decorations.
- Before spending money or collecting materials, inspect the item’s current in-game listing and Zudomon’s available shop or development options. The guides differ on purchase versus crafting, so the menu in your game is the practical confirmation.
- Once obtained, use Sauna C for the HP-focused training goal indicated by its item description.
Do you need to craft it?
Not necessarily. Game8 reports that Sauna C can be bought in Central Town, while Digital Phablet’s guide describes a Zudomon quest-and-equipment unlock route. Those accounts do not establish one universal acquisition method or a confirmed recipe. The available guides do not verify exact materials, quantities, precise stat gain, duration, or repeat-use mechanics for Sauna C. Follow the recipe only if your own game displays one.
When the set is missing from the shop
- Check the full item name. A different C-grade variant may target another stat and may have different availability.
- Check progression. If Zudomon’s training equipment is unavailable, see whether The Blacksmith’s Request can be completed.
- Read the current menu entry. Confirm whether the item is sold, developed, or still locked before farming for materials. No reliable, version-specific material list is established by the guides cited here.
For broader context, GamesRadar+’s review of Digimon Story: Time Stranger discusses the game; Training Sets are in-game DigiFarm equipment, not real-world training products.
