How long are NBA 2K25 online features scheduled to remain available?
2K Support’s status page, updated September 14, 2026, schedules NBA 2K25 online features and services through December 31, 2026. NBA 2K25 was released on September 6, 2024. The end date is a forecast, not a guarantee: 2K says service plans can be extended or brought forward, so check the status page for the latest schedule.
What changes when online services end?
2K says that when a title’s online services are no longer available, the game and/or certain features may still be playable offline, while online features will no longer be available. That does not guarantee that every mode, feature, platform, or save will work offline after service retirement.

What should you know before disconnecting?
2K’s status listing does not say whether a platform needs an initial online launch, whether installation or updates affect offline access, whether signing in is required, or how saves and rosters behave without a connection. It also does not provide a save-backup procedure. Because those details are not established by the listing, do not assume a particular setup will preserve every feature or save.
