To link an existing Roblox account to Xbox, sign in to the Xbox profile you want to use, open Roblox, select Sign In, and enter that Roblox account’s username and password. Roblox links the account to the currently signed-in Xbox profile; one Roblox account can be linked to only one Xbox gamertag.
Link an existing Roblox account

Sign in to the Xbox profile whose gamertag you want linked.

Launch the Roblox app on Xbox.

On the Roblox home screen, choose Sign In.

Enter the username and password for the Roblox account you want to connect. Roblox says this links that account to the signed-in Xbox profile. See Roblox’s Xbox sign-in instructions.
If the displayed Xbox gamertag is not the profile you want, switch Xbox profiles before signing in. Choose Create Account only if you need a new Roblox account.

What you need to know before signing in
Use Roblox credentials, not Facebook
Facebook Connect is not available through Xbox. Sign in with the Roblox account’s username and password. If you have forgotten the password, reset it through Roblox before trying again; see Roblox’s Xbox login troubleshooting guidance.
One Roblox account per Xbox gamertag
Roblox says an account can be linked to only one Xbox gamertag. If the account is already linked to a different gamertag, unlink it there before connecting it to another Xbox profile.

Child profiles need parent permission
If the Xbox profile is a child account, a parent must grant permission through the Xbox Family account before the Roblox app can launch. After permission is granted, use the regular sign-in steps. Roblox’s sign-in instructions cover child accounts.
Match age settings
Roblox’s Xbox troubleshooting page says the service is available for ages 10 and up on Xbox and that the age settings on Xbox must exactly match the age set on the Roblox account. Check both settings if sign-in or linking is blocked. See Roblox’s account-linking troubleshooting page.

If Roblox will not link or sign in

Check the active Xbox profile. Confirm the gamertag shown is the one you intend to link.

Recheck your Roblox credentials. Use the correct username and password; Facebook Connect will not work on Xbox.

Compare age settings. Roblox and Xbox age settings should match exactly.

For Xbox Error 901, try another device. Sign in to the Roblox account on another device connected to the same home internet network, then try again on Xbox. Roblox says the account may also be moderated; consult its Xbox Error 901 help page and contact Roblox Support if needed.

Roblox documents two ways to disconnect the account:

In the Xbox app: From the Roblox home screen, press X to open Settings, select Account, then choose UNLINK [YOUR GAMERTAG].

From Roblox account settings: Open the account’s Security tab and select Disconnect under Xbox.

After disconnecting, sign in on the Xbox profile you want to use and follow the linking steps above. Roblox documents these options in its Xbox login troubleshooting instructions.
