To log out of Clash Royale, open Settings, open the Supercell ID options, and tap Log out. After the game restarts, choose what to load: Play without Supercell ID for the account linked to your device’s Google or Game Center account, or sign in with a different Supercell ID.
Log out and load the account linked to your device
- In Clash Royale, open Settings.
- Open the Supercell ID options and tap Log out.
- When the game restarts, tap Play without Supercell ID to load the account associated with the device’s Google account on Android or Game Center account on iOS.
This is a session switch, not a way to opt out of Supercell ID. Supercell says it is no longer possible to opt out after joining, but you can log out of the active session using the in-game option. Supercell’s account-switching guide and its opt-out policy describe the distinction.

Supercell says Supercell ID is the only supported method for playing several game accounts on one device. For iOS, its guide directs players to configure the correct Game Center account on the device before loading the game. Start fresh without losing access to your current progress
If there is any chance you will return to the current game, connect it to Supercell ID before starting fresh. Then go to Settings, open the Supercell ID menu and its settings, tap Log out, and choose Play without Supercell ID. Supercell’s instructions for creating a fresh game are in its new-game guidance.

Do not uninstall just to log out
Uninstalling is not the recommended sign-out method. Supercell warns that uninstalling Clash Royale on Android wipes saved Supercell IDs from the device; on iOS, saved logins are wiped only by resetting the device. Use the in-game logout option instead. Supercell’s account guide explains these device-specific effects.
