That repeats the selected list; Autoplay instead moves on to a related video. You do not need a separate automation app for a normal viewing session.
If you want the playlist page to reopen at sign-in or at a scheduled time, Windows Task Scheduler can launch an app or task on supported triggers. That is only a launch convenience: it does not guarantee YouTube will start playing or recover unattended.
Loop a saved playlist in YouTube

Open the saved playlist in a desktop browser. Check that it is the playlist you intend to repeat; a playlist link contains “playlist” in its URL along with a playlist identifier.

Start a video that belongs to that playlist.

Expand the playlist panel beside the player and select Loop in the playlist box.

YouTube’s playlist loop repeats the selected playlist. It is different from Autoplay, which plays another related video after the current one. The documented desktop steps are not specific to India.
Choose the right playback control

Make a hand-picked playlist

Create or edit a YouTube playlist and add the videos you want in the rotation.

Arrange the videos using YouTube’s playlist controls, then open that saved playlist and enable Loop in the player.

Check that each video is accessible to the account and viewers who need to watch it. Private videos require sharing with the viewer, and access-restricted videos may not play for everyone.

Optionally schedule the browser to open
Use this only if your goal is to open the playlist page at sign-in or a particular time. Task Scheduler supports time-based and user-logon triggers, but Microsoft does not describe it as a YouTube playback integration.

First check which Windows release and browser are installed, then confirm that the browser still supports that Windows version.

In Windows Task Scheduler, create a task with a supported time or user-logon trigger and configure it to open your installed browser with the playlist page. The precise setup can vary with the Windows release and browser; verify the task’s action and trigger in the version you have.

Test the task while signed in and watch what happens. A browser prompt, sign-in requirement, sleep state, shutdown, network interruption, or other failure can prevent playback. Do not assume the task will start the video or restart it if playback stops.

For simply repeating a list during the current session, opening the playlist and enabling Loop is more direct than scheduling a browser launch.
Check an old PC’s Windows and browser support
“Old PC” does not identify a Windows edition, browser, processor, or memory capacity, so compatibility cannot be assumed. Check the actual Windows and browser versions on the machine before relying on it for long sessions.

Windows 10 version 22H2 reached the end of standard support on October 14, 2025. Microsoft says Windows 10 PCs continue to work after end of support, but no longer receive Microsoft security updates under standard support. Continued operation is not the same as continued security support.

Microsoft lists Edge support for Windows 10 SAC 1709 and later and several Windows 10 LTSC editions, while noting that functionality and feature availability can vary on older systems. This does not establish compatibility for every browser or every old PC.

Edge 109 was the last Edge release supporting Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. A browser that still opens is not necessarily current or supported.

Before leaving a PC online for extended periods, check whether its operating system and browser still receive applicable security support.
Troubleshoot playlist rotation

The next video is related content, not the next item in your list: you may have Autoplay on without playlist Loop. Start a video from the intended playlist, expand its panel, and enable Loop there.

The playlist stops being available after closing the browser: you may have used the temporary queue. Save the sequence as a playlist instead.

A video will not play: check whether it is private or otherwise access-restricted and whether the viewer has permission to watch it.

A scheduled browser launch does not begin playback: Task Scheduler only triggers a task. Check the trigger and browser action, then test for sign-in prompts or other interaction requirements. It does not guarantee unattended playback.

The PC cannot reliably stay online: check that it is not sleeping or powered off and that its network remains connected. A scheduled launch cannot overcome those conditions.
