What does the Freezing effect do?
In the Java snapshot description, affected players shake and eventually take damage as they gradually freeze as if in Powdered Snow for the effect’s duration. Leather Armor protects against freezing, as it does with Powdered Snow, but it does not stop the effect from being applied or remove it. Mobs take additional damage while affected; mobs vulnerable to freezing receive a five-times damage multiplier in that snapshot.
