The recipe makes one repeater.
Materials and crafting-grid layout
You need three stone blocks, two redstone torches, and one redstone dust. Arrange them in a crafting table like this:

The recipe produces one redstone repeater. Use stone in the bottom row; the recipe does not allow ingredient substitutions. Minecraft’s crafting guidance explains that the recipe book can display a recipe once discovered and place its ingredients in the grid when you select it: Minecraft crafting guidance. If the recipe is not available in your recipe book, check the crafting grid directly and confirm the materials.
What a repeater does
A repeater receives a redstone signal at its back and sends a full-strength signal from its front. Its delay can be set to one of four settings. The default is one redstone tick—two game ticks, or 0.1 seconds, barring lag. The exact behavior of a circuit can depend on the game edition and context, so check your edition when building a timing-sensitive design. Adjusting the delay
Use the setting that gives your circuit the timing it needs. The repeater reference lists four delay settings; it does not require a different crafting recipe for each one. Minecraft’s introduction to redstone describes the system’s broader role: “Redstone can be used to make torches or solid blocks to power devices such as pistons.” (Minecraft, “Researching Redstone,” December 5, 2022.)
